Cobalt Coast Resort

Great value, I stayed previously and the place has been totally renovated, it’s looks great now with the new Ibiza styling and the new restaurant is fantastic!I particularly enjoyed the sushi. There was a hammerhead on the dive too, how lucky was that!

This was a very last minute reservation - and turned out to be great value for the money. Dragana at the reception went way beyond in helping me settle - had a rental car reservation for me - even before I walked into the room - truly 5 Star hotel service. The ocean views - the pool - and the restaurant on property are excellent too.

This is an immaculate, well-maintained, small and uncrowded resort. The staff are extremely personable and helpful. The location is quiet and beautiful. You can see and hear the surf by the pool/dining area. Watch the sunrise or the moonrise on the pier on the beach. The menu is inspired, and the food is delicious. Bring shoes for the ocean as there's some coral on the shore. Or, walk to West Bay Public Beach for sand and gentle waves (about 25 minutes).

Rooms was very nice with amenities, the restaurant Nova was incredible and the dive shop, Dive-Tech, is on site and very professional and organized. The view on the water and beach chairs allow for a very relaxing post dive day. The lunch and dinner menu were theatrical and there is no need to leave to resort. Diving team was great and the locations are close to the resort and convenient.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Cobalt Coast, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. We stayed on the top-floor ocean-facing room, which offered breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The huge balcony became our favorite spot to relax and soak in the stunning sunsets. The room’s interior was a perfect mix of modern and natural elements—clean lines, high-quality materials, and thoughtful design details that made it both stylish and comfortable. A highlight of our stay was dining at the restaurant NOVA. The food was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure every meal was perfect. NOVA is a must-visit for anyone, whether you’re staying at the resort or just looking for an unforgettable dining experience. The pool area was fantastic—relaxing and never overcrowded. I really appreciated that the resort has fewer rooms, which means fewer guests and more privacy. It felt like we had our own little oasis to unwind. The location of the property is stunning, with sweeping views of the turquoise sea and a convenient dock for dive boats. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to dive this time, but it’s definitely on my list for our next visit. The staff at Cobalt Coast were exceptional—always cordial, helpful, and patient (even with my endless stream of questions). Their dedication to making sure guests are comfortable is truly commendable. I also loved the thoughtful details, like the well-maintained grounds, easy access to nearby attractions, and the peaceful ambiance of the property. Whether you’re an adventurer or just looking to relax, Cobalt Coast delivers an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone visiting Grand Cayman. We had an amazing stay that we ended up extending because it was so good. Lovely room, great view, friendly and easy booking communication. Room had all the amenities you could ask for and the view and deck/balcony was incredible. We loved it thank you so much again.
