In town for a concert We were really happy with the location and the apartment was accurately described. It's a nice little flat. The location was good and the next door beer garden and German restaurant were great to have right there. Be prepared to climb some stairs. The parking isn't ideal since no overnight street parking is allowed without a temp free permit (the city website process is a bit cumbersome and unclear)--the folks at the German restaurant said to park in their small lot (as did the owners) but it was always full. The permits and street parking worked out ok in the end. It will be nice to have the coffee shop below when it opens.
