Der Chef ist sehr gut, er hat einen Zichorien gekauft und hat uns auch geholfen, im Kühlschrank zu schneiden, es gibt kein Kleiderschrank, kann man sich selbst fertig machen, der Windschutzscheibe muss die Rezeption finden, wirklich gut.

Gut, schließlich billig, es gibt keine einmalige Trage, das Zimmer ist sauber, ein wenig nass, alles in Ordnung, die Isolierung ist nicht sehr gut, die ganze Nacht ist die Stimme des Spiels neben dem kleinen jungen Spieler. Mein Zimmer springt plötzlich um die Mitte der Nacht, die Hintertür kann nicht verriegelt werden, hahahaha, eine wunderbare Erfahrung, Gut, dass ich die Sicherheitssperre geschlossen habe, und am Morgen fand ich, dass die Türen streng waren, schockiert, aber letztendlich nahe und billig von der Zielstation entfernt.

LLeeny5252Really fantastic hotel. Reception staff are competent and friendly. Check in and out is fast. Staff are all ready to help. Hotel provides breakfast, simple lunch and tea. Their baked sweet potatoes are delicious. Never ever got hungry while staying at this hotel. My husband and I had been traveling all over China , this hotel is the best. Value for money. Location is also great. Cleanliness is good as well. Plenty of eateries around. Room is equipped with smart technology xiao du. Hope they have this chain in other cities. Thank you for the good service and good experience.

GGastnutzerThe location is good and theres a small mall nearby that has all the basic services so its really convenient. Room is fairly spacious and comfortable with everything that i needed.
What really stands out to me is the level of service here, as a solo traveller that doesnt have a itinerary, i asked the front desk for advice as usual and one of the staff ”Cola” was nice enough to offer to take me out on his off day. He drove us to a recommended venue that has a yearly festival happening and even paid for the snacks that we got. I felt under the weather the following day and he also got me a ginger tea that i requested as well as offered to bring me to the hospital or get some local remedy for my ailment. We went out for dinner several times including some of the lady staffs and had a great time.
Really enjoyed my stay here and i even extended by a week due to his impeccable service. I have never had such an amazing service even when i travelled to other cities in China or other countries!

GGastnutzerLassen Sie mich Ihnen von meinen Erfahrungen erzählen. Ich checkte im Hotel ein und die Dame an der Rezeption sagte, dass sie unsere Zimmerkategorie upgraden und einen Massagesessel kostenlos hinzufügen würde. Am nächsten Tag sagte ich, ich wolle Udon essen Nudeln, aber die Tante hat mir breite Nudeln gekocht ... Hat mir gesagt, das sei eine Spezialität von Wenzhou ... aber ich möchte keine breiten Nudeln essen und sie sind nicht lecker. . . Mittags gingen wir noch einmal zum Mittagessen. Mein Freund und ich erzählten der Tante insgesamt zwei oder drei Mal auf das Udon, als die Tante es uns schließlich gab. . Es ist. . . Reisnudeln. Ich halte es nicht mehr aus. Ist es verboten, Udon-Nudeln zu essen? Ach, und die Gestaltung des Waschbeckens im Zimmer ist unzumutbar. Wenn Sie Ihr Gesicht waschen oder Ihre Zähne putzen, spritzt das Wasser auf Ihre Beine und den Boden, und dann wird es so rutschig Dass man fast ausrutscht, aber an der Rezeption gibt es Eis am Stiel und geröstete Süßkartoffeln, was in Ordnung ist. Es gibt auch kostenlose Snacks auf dem Zimmer. .
Hygiene: Als ich das Zimmer betrat, fand ich zunächst mehrere Haare, die der vorherige Gast auf dem Stuhl hinterlassen hatte. Ich kontaktierte die Rezeption und sie bat den Kellner, hereinzukommen und ihn für uns aufzuräumen. Später entdeckte ich grüne Flecken auf der Steppdecke und Bettwäsche sowie Insekten fühlten sich ekelhaft an, also kontaktierte ich die Rezeption erneut. Sie sagte nichts, sie bat nur die Haushälterin, zu kommen und mir beim Wechseln zu helfen Der Bettbezug war bei uns nicht zugemacht... Sind die Zimmerservice-Mitarbeiter jetzt so offen?
Service: Es gab ein Mädchen in einem hellblauen Hemd, das uns sehr gut bediente, als es regnete. Sie brachte uns persönlich zum Auto und überreichte uns ein Abschiedsgeschenk.
Angebot an Mittagssnacks: Man kann nur sagen, dass es nicht so gut ist, wie ich es erwartet habe

SScherer I’ve been to Yueqing several times and I can say this is the best hotel I stayed in so far. The hotel facilities are quite modern. The service is very good, the staff is very kind and always willing to help. The room is great!! Everything you need will be there at some spot. I got a welcome letter hand signed by the manager and some fruits and snacks, which was nice! The breakfast is full of options, with several types of bread. Western and Chinese breakfast style. To be perfect, ham and cheese slices could be added to the breakfast buffet. The location is not bad, there are some restaurants and stores in an open mall around 10 min walking distance. But it’s a bit far from the downtown main area, about 10 min by taxi. There is a canal beside the hotel, which is great for a stroll. Definitely, I will stay there again in my next trip to Yueqing!

6. Check-in was very pleasant. Front desk receptionist did her job well. She could understand English and respond back properly. Very good.
7. Check-out was terrible. I have requested for invoice if it is not from TRIP.COM. But, too much confusions. Are china have 2 invoice types? One is General and another one is Special? Foreigners are not going to claim for tax credit in foreign countries with Chinese tax invoice. Generally, invoice is required to submit as a proof of stay and get reimbursement accordingly. Kind of receipt or invoice with Guest Name, Room Charges, Check-in and Check-out dates are enough with hotel Stamp/Seal. Or hotel can say to contact the travel agent of TRIP.COM for invoice.

JJanssenEin typisches chinesisches Event Hotel - nicht wirklich wert der Name Flughafen Hotel - dies wird erwartet, dass eine kurze Entfernung zum Flughafen - aber dieses Hotel ist weit vom Flughafen entfernt. bieten einen Shuttle-Service - letzter Bus ist um 7:30 Uhr - wie ich am 7:30 angekommen: 45 vor dem Flughafen - alles war weg.
Bleib in einem sauberen und gut servierten Hotel. Für eine Nichte ist es sehr gut.

GGastnutzerThis is a lovely hotel in a very convenient location for exploring this wonderful area. Rooms are pleasantly designed with all the necessary amenities. Travelling in the winter, nights were very cold but the modern air conditioning systems were very effective in warming up the rooms. Staff were very friendly and eager to offer local knowledge. I believe that we were the first foreigners to stay here which led to a little bit of confusion over how to register us, but it was all dealt with in a friendly and open manner. If you don't speak Chinese, communication with staff may be a problem but I still wouldn't discourage you from staying here. Overall, this is a great and affordable option for people who want to conveniently explore the many sites that Yandangshan has to offer, especially if you want to get a taste of the local hospitality.
