Holiday Inn Express & Suites WENTZVILLE ST LOUIS WEST by IHG

Came to the area for a Class Reunion and stayed at the Local Holiday Inn Express, the only complaint I have is this hotel and all hotels need Ceiling Fans. The A/C units are not enough. Check in/Out was Perfect, room was nice and spacious and Clean. Breakfast was good as well.

The staff was very friendly. Our room smelled funky and just felt damp. There was food in the couch when we pulled out the sofa bed. Lots of options for breakfast.

Pool was green and smelled like urine, TV didn’t work, pullout couch a had a giant feces stain, and room smells like a wet dog mixed with urine. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Asked to switch rooms and they said they were booked and handed me a deodorizer.

Actually had great coffee available any time with the creamer i use to make it perfect. Breakfast is great. Staff friendly and attentive. Room clean and comfortable. Pet friendly, but nothing smelled or was unkept. Property is generally quiet except a few kids being loud after quiet hours. No fault on the hotel staff, as it's clear they would have managed it had they known. Wasn't my first stay and won't be my last. Thank you for caring and providing a better experience than most I've had in recent years.

We always stay here when we are in town. Staff is always very friendly and the pet fee is only $20.

I’ve always found the property to be clean, the rooms are very comfortable & always quiet so I can rest. I will always use this property again and again.

Rooms and common areas were clean and hotel front desk was really great to work with.

The type of motel we all wish we could find. Hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy.

Bathroom ceiling was cracked and plaster kept falling all over the bathroom floor.
