"From the time we drove up the main driveway we were thrilled and so in love with this place! The building is a historic place with the history written in your room dating back to 1923 for your reading. But it doesn't feel old n dated but warm and cosy. There was a spa tub in our toilet that can fit 2 and helps you relax after our hike and walk in the nearby mountains. Our hosts were fantastic throughout our stay and made sure everything was in place! From introducing the place and recommendations to lighting up the fireplace at night for us to keep warm and enjoy our evening. This place was the best place we stayed on our holiday."

"Das Familienzimmer eignet sich sehr gut für Familien mit mehr als einem Kind. Die Hygiene ist auch gut, denn der Teppich ist neu geöffnet und die Bettwäsche und Kissen sind voll und sauber. Draußen gibt es einen kleinen Kinderspielplatz. Ich habe mit meinem Mann auch Tischtennis gespielt. Die Lieferung hat noch nicht begonnen. Der Parkplatz muss bis zum Hotel führen. Großes Gepäck zu bewegen ist mit viel Kraftaufwand verbunden. Das Wasser im Badezimmer war nicht sehr heiß, als die dritte Person sofort gewaschen wurde. Aber im Allgemeinen hatte unsere Familie eine gute Nacht. Wenn es im nächsten Winter in den Blue Mountains schneit, kommen wir und spielen. Das von den Chinesen eröffnete Hotel, Unterstützung, Hoffnung, besser und besser zu werden!"

"The staff were excellent & the room was divine. It is clearly now a family/young children-centric accommodation. The pool was great but 8 unaccompanied children in the spa (aged approx 4 to 8 years old) diving around (unable to touch the bottom) was very unsafe & uncomfortable for me. 2 parents were on phones more than 5m away. Also screaming toddlers & numerous kids on all 3 billiard tables - defying the sign saying 18 years+ only. We have school-aged kids but it was our special few days so these 2 areas could have been adults only & that would have made all the difference."

"Quiet and tucked away from the noisy touristy area. Nice gardens and view of the golf course just across the street. The breakfast didn't have many options. No warm foods. Cold cheese (one kind) and one kind of thinly sliced deli ham. No eggs, sausage, etc. The oat milk provided was out of date and I had to tell a staff member as they didn't know. Not worth $25/person for breakfast. I would only get it if it's already included. Pool is small so you can't swim laps. More of a pool for kids to hang out in. Air conditioning remote wasn't working properly. No Netflix on TV so bring your own HDMI and laptop if you want to watch something. Only basic cable. Overall a nice quiet hotel. Not fancy by any means but good sized room."

"Keura House decorated with old fashion furniture, it made you feel relaxed and comfortable. The sitting room and garden are so beautiful and you can have sunbathing, reading and chatting there."

"Good location next to Leura train station, easy to grab meal and grocery. Good size room and very comfortable bed. Staff are very friendly."

"The main positive was that although the building was dated, it was very clean. I didn't interact with the reception person except at check-in. The location was not easily walkable to the CBD which is where we went to eat for breakfast and dinner. It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed."

"Old hotel, urgent need for renovation. Very old carpet, very old furniture. Insects dead and alive all the edges of carpet, photos attached. If you move old furniture you will see more. Cob webs in the ceiling. Was given room number 42, not 54m as promised in booking. Left the property after one night, waiting for full refund for second night promised by Manager / Staff."

"The staff was very accommodating. We arrived early for check-in, and the receptionist kindly allowed us to use the vacant room I had booked. Since I was with my family, this made things much easier—we were able to explore the area without carrying all our bags around. The room was clean, and the location was perfect—close to everything and very accessible. We had a great day and would definitely stay here again!"
