Sehr freundliches Personal, wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Reservierung und sie waren diejenigen, die versucht haben, es zu lösen, und sehr gut, obwohl wir kaum Englisch sprachen, war der Aufenthalt großartig. Die Einrichtungen sind sehr gut, sehr komfortabel. Ich würde wiederholen.

Das Hotel war wirklich gut. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Das Personal ist nett.

The price is expensive if compared to another 2-3start hotel at London, the room is clean but have not refrigerator, can’t buy fresh food during the whole stay, by and large the location is not bad.

The location is not in the city centre, you can go there by metro - stop at Wembley Park Station and then walk by 15 minutes, or by railway and stop at Wembley Stadium Station, walk by 5 minutes. There is a fashion outlet nearby and lots of convenience shops and restaurants, so you can get what you want. The room is spacious and the duvet sand pillows are very comfortable, you can have a good sleep. The check in and out procedure are very efficient. I was onlyv disappointed with the bad smell in the washroom. The overall rating for this hotel is valuable. I will come back again next time.

The service was good but cleanness was not as to the mark there was no proper hand towels and toilet rolls

去温布萊球埸聽演唱會必選這間。地理位置優越。由Wembly Park 站行15分鐘到達，沿途會經過商業區及店鋪，感受一下溫布萊繁榮一面。由溫布萊球埸到酒店大约10分鐘。當演唱會完結後，人潮擠擁趕搭地鐵，我們可以施施然返回酒店，你一定會感到预訂這酒店是明智之舉。 酒店員工友善，房間亁靜舒適，有空調。不過雪櫃欠奉。整體來說我非常满意。

Hôtel très propre et ultra proche du stade Wembley (200 m de la red zone). Personnel très professionnel et aidant pour s’exprimer en anglais. Petit déjeuner copieux, varié et bon. Pas de petits conditionnements en chambre et peu au petit déjeuner qui pourraient causer des déchets pour l’environnement. Chambre spacieuse. Petit bémol : la douche qui ne s’évacue pas et oblige à mettre des serviettes par terre pour éviter l’inondation. Peu de place pour poser les affaires dans la salle de bain (comme souvent dans les hôtels). Pas de frigo dans la chambre, ce qui est très inhabituel et fort dommage. Globalement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Great location right next to Wembley stadium and the Designer Outlet. Hotel is very clean, most staff are very friendly. We had a family room which was great for us.. Breakfast lovely, loads of choice, but no hot chocolate!!!

We were on level 12 and had a fantastic view of Wembley Stadium. The Premier Plus room was wonderful and the staff were super friendly and welcoming

Overall we had a good stay here! The hotel even got into the Swiftie spirit which added to the fun atmosphere during our 2 night stay! Staff were mostly friendly, apart from one member of staff who I believe was maybe the assistant manager as she had a different coloured uniform on. I asked about extending our check out time by 1 hour and she was quite abrupt and cold towards me. I only asked the question and accepted that we were not able to extend our check out time, I wasn’t rude or argumentative. I would have appreciated a more friendly response and a smile. Apart from that the hotel was very good. Great location, very clean and you have everything you need close by. We stayed in a family room and found the bed to be very comfortable. And the bathroom was spotless. The only thing was the coffee and tea selections in room was a little poor. There were no complimentary biscuits or hot chocolates for the kids. For a family room that would be a nice little touch. I would highly recommend staying here. We would come back again. 😊

Swift check in, had premier plus room which was spotless. Iron and board, refrigerator, refreshments and comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly. It’s the second time staying as perfect for concerts at Wembley Stadium,with designer outlet a couple of minutes walk away. Would definitely stay again
