Incredible hotel with exceptional services. Sparking cleaned with great amenities. The hotel is so big that one may get lost within it. Mr. Wang at the front desk was so kind that he offered to drive us around the hotel's ground in the hotel red cable car. The room itself is big. Breakfast had variety Chinese and Western foods. The Hotspring experience was amazing. Hotel location is isolated however, it's 5-6 minutes walkable to the Huashan Tourist Center and few restaurants are 6-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

半夜凍醒，醒來嗓子疼，流鼻涕，凍得我在酒店的房子穿的大棉衣😂空調不熱，反饋給他們，聽到的第一反應就是好像聽到了一件很好笑的事情，在那笑。來處理的聽到後第一反應也是先笑一下，又是一個感覺聽到半夜被凍醒，凍得流鼻涕是一件很好笑的事情。檢查後説是風力不夠大，他們開到最高檔，説吹半個小時就熱了，距離我走吹了25分鐘還是沒有熱風。
最後處理電話説的是設備可能老化了，沒風，這個他們也不能預測……説是我應該半夜凍醒第一時間應該給他們打電話換房……我都不知道應該説啥

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer im B&B ist schön, groß, sauber, neu ausgestattet, kein Geruch! Der Chef ist sehr nett! Buick holt Sie vom Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhof ab und bringt ihn wieder zurück. Das B&B hat eine gute Lage, 30 Meter vom Dongshan-Tor entfernt. Sie erklären die Wanderroute und Vorsichtsmaßnahmen. Sie stellen auch Handschuhe, Wasser und Wanderstöcke zur Verfügung. Die Landschaft des Huashan-Berges ist auch so schön!

GGastnutzerThis is a great little hotel to stay before and after hiking the mountain. The free pick-up and drop-off service makes life so easy. If you need anything just ask the owners. We used Wechat to communicate as my Chinese is very basic.
The owners have a little restaurant just around the corner and I had a delicious meal there. There's also plenty of options a short walk to the mountain scenic area.
I thought this was great value for money.

GGastnutzerDie ganze Stadt ist mit „Blumenhotels“ übersät. Achten Sie also darauf, dass Sie zum richtigen Hotel gehen. Der Ort ist anscheinend erst zur Hälfte fertig und der Pool/die Dachterrasse, die wir gebucht haben, war natürlich nicht genutzt und ähnelte eher einer Baustelle. Die Klimaanlage war sehr schwach und ich fand es nachts zu heiß zum Schlafen. Die Wände rund um die Toilette und die Dusche bestehen aus klarem Glas, sodass der Raum keinerlei Privatsphäre bietet. (Ich frage mich wirklich, wer es genießt, seinem Partner beim Ficken zuzusehen – ich verstehe die Gestaltung dieser Zimmer überhaupt nicht.) Ich muss jedoch sagen, dass das Personal absolut nett war. Alle, die dort gearbeitet haben, waren so nett und hilfsbereit und sie arrangierten einen Abhol- und Bringservice zum/vom Bahnhof und der malerischen Gegend. Wir haben dort zu Abend gegessen und gefrühstückt und das Essen hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Sie stellten uns auch Weingläser und einen Flaschenöffner für den Alkohol zur Verfügung, den wir selbst mitgebracht hatten. Die Lage ist praktisch und die Aussicht vom Dach (ich wünschte, sie hätten Sitzgelegenheiten!) ist fantastisch und eine schöne Vorschau, bevor es auf den Berg geht. Über den Preis kann ich mich natürlich nicht allzu sehr beschweren – seien Sie sich dieser Dinge nur bewusst, wenn Sie buchen. Wir haben den Autoservice und das Essen sehr geschätzt, daher würden wir es allein aufgrund dieser beiden Faktoren empfehlen!

GGastnutzerService: Der Gastwirt bietet einen Abhol- und Bringservice vom Nordbahnhof Huashan und dem Besucherzentrum Huashan an. Die Umgebung ist sehr elegant und der Service ist großartig. Ich werde das nächste Mal, wenn ich nach Huashan komme, wieder hier übernachten! Ich habe so heftig gelacht, als ich gerade einen Kommentar schreiben wollte, dass mein Mitbewohner bemerkte, dass er sein weißes Hemd im Zimmer gelassen hatte. Nachdem er den Chef kontaktiert hatte, fand er es nicht schlecht!

The staff are extremely helpful, offering to give lifts to and from the station and mountain. The hotel itself has extremely comforting rooms, while providing great amenities like a swimming pool, pool table and even retro games machines. It has everything you would want.

GGastnutzerThough it is just a small hotel, they offer unbeleivable services. The hotel is located very near hua shan mountain. The owner drove us fort and back from hua shan mountain without xharging any money. In the very early morning when we must arrive at the high speed train staion, they drove us there again for free of charge. The owner worried we will be hungry so she boil the eggs for us to eat. I strongly recommned this hotel and you will have wonderful memory.

Bieten Sie einen umfassenden Abhol- und Bringservice! Es kann vom S-Bahnhof zum Hotel geliefert werden. Es kann auch vom Hotel zum S-Bahnhof geliefert werden . Hahaha. Als ich ankam, kam ich mit einer Verspätung von 21 Uhr an. Zum Glück gibt es einen Abhol- und Bringservice

Than they called police, had some shouting involved and managed to register us. 1,5 hours wasted. Even next morning they wasted another hour with additional questions about our passports/ID cards.
About the hotel - good location, okayish rooms. Breakfast simple, but OK. Service quality-see above. The staff needs training how to register foreigners, as Hancheng is a good tourist location and these hotels will harm the potential development.

AAGood place. Staff was nice, food was good although expensive (very nice 牛肉面) and the location was perfect with a fantastic view. The room was basic but comfortable. You can get hot water from the reception and there's both a little restaurant and an outdoor food stall. Easy to find, I recommend taking the West Peak/西峰 cablecar on the way up.
Quiet surroundings and there's a heater to keep the room warm at night. Beds were clean, no problem with lack of cleaning.
The toilets smelled and there were no showers, but this was advertised in the general information already. Toilets are the same public toilets found everywhere on Hua Shan, they're not great but not terrible either.
The price is not cheap, but you pay for staying on top of the mountain far from everything, and the location is perfect for the sunrise.
I expected worse from the previous reviews, but this was more than fine.
I didn't eat the breakfast since there was a power outage (also happened at West Peak later that day, the price for being on a high mountain top I guess). The staff apologised and asked me to wait until the power came back, but I was eager to start hiking so just decided to skip it. You could still get food from the outside stall if needed.
