Clean room. Mountain view. Breakfast needs improvement. Customers are very disappointed for the breakfast. No eggs, milk, and fruits. Near highway. Could hear some traffic

Mountain view. Close to highway. Busy traffic. Room clean, but the breakfast selection is very limited ited.

I wish the bath towels were a little bigger. They are more like for a child. Not enough parking spaces

Great location and view. Not the newest of rooms but the mattress was very comfortable and plenty of pillows.

We were made welcome from the start, room was clean and comfortable, had great views of the Smoky Mountains. The free breakfast was sufficient, and the motel was short drive to Waynesville and Maggie Valley. Been here twice now and recommend highly

so pleased with the cleanliness and friendly welcome we received. We spent most of the remaining daylight enjoying the view of the mountains as we relaxed at our little table having an evening coffee.

This was a dangerous and very unclean hotel. Our room was wide open when we arrived and our keys did not work. The hotel office person just shrugged and said it was probably house keeping. There were activities going on in a room two doors down that were definitely suspicious. Junk cars in the side parking lot. We left the premises and called hotwire where we reserved the room and they would not help us since we already left the facility. I will not stay in a unsafe location for hotwire to make a buck. Totally horrible customer service by both the hotel and hotwire.

The Hotel was clean and the room was nice .. it also had a balcony with a great view of the mountains. The breakfast was limited but good and hit the spot. I would return and stay here again. It was a short hop to Asheville as well as to Waynesville, Burnsville, Bakersville and Spruce Pine.Thanks

The room smelled musty, tub was chipped and the shower curtain was moldy. Definitely not what I expected for the price! Internet was not reliable and one of the front desk computers was down at checkin.

This hotel is a bit tired. The plumbing was unsatisfactory…slow drains and unseated toilet. We liked the view from the porch, though the structure was not in good condition. We also embers troubled by the outside flood lights that were on all night

Our room was re-rented while we were there and someone tried to get in while we were sleeping. They had a key, so the could unlock the deadbolt. The only thing stopping them from coming in was the security bar at the top of the door.

This place was a last minute selection as we found it as we were ready to stop for the night. We've never given Days Inn much of a look being Marriott Members. From check in to check out, this place amazed us! Top quality bed put mother's to shame, cool, clean, quiet, well maintained room was a pleasure to stay in. One of the best night's rest I've had on the road!

Clean. That’s what I look for in a hotel. Hotel and room are very clean. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because it’s expensive for a days inn. But, the hotel is located in a great spot, checkin and chexkout was super easy and it was clean. I had an issue not getting the tv to work and called the front desk and Kristi was up to fix it within 2 minutes of the call. Very friendly, nice lady.
