Outstanding stay at Mountain Shadow . Property is simply awesome with great views of dam and provides a sense of being in a jungle setup. Staff is extremely courteous and willing to help. Room and pool was also nice. Morning nature walk was great. Great walking track

Beautiful view and amazing location of this resort .. one of the best in wayanad . Delicious food .. infinity pool .. clean and well maintained rooms .. rooms are spacious . Staff is very humble ....... Must stay here of u are visiting wayanad.

It was a great experience with the mountain shadows resort. Food was delicious. Great location. All the staffs were friendly special mention to diki and sajini. Hi tea section section was an amazing experience. It’s like an kerala traditional chayakada. Thank you for the memorable stay

An excellent stay for a family! The staff was very efficient and helpful. MrTejaswi from front office created a comfortable and a pleasant stay for us. The property adds to the excellent service they provide. We would definetely want to come back to create many more cherishing memories for us.

“The property is vast with ample greenery around. Rooms were very spacious, private pool was added bonus. Nice place to spend and refresh! Breakfast was great” Loved the professionalism showed by the staff and the generous hospitality. Also, loved the food, it was delicious.

Very helpful overall staff , break fast to dinner is also excellent desk staff is also accurate. Hi tea place is very nice. Indoor games area was good Delicious dinner Friendly staffs, special mention to abinav, Diki sajini, thankyou children for the hospitality

We came to mountain shadows as the location seemed amazing. However apart from the beautiful views the resort has nothing else to offer. The rooms are poorly finished or rather look unfinished , the bathroom, sadly, is like of a 3 star business hotel .The gym equipment ( treadmill ) was not working , no yoga mats , just one glass of water and there was a lizard, spiders and mosquitoes flying about . The dining area looks like a college mess kitchen . Breakfast had a very poor layout, no dry fruits , seeds , watery sambhar , just 3 fruits . On asking , they got us an apple ..Very disappointing for the price we paid . Not luxurious at all ! Wish we had stayed at the Taj which is nearby and more accessible.
