Sterling Wayanad

Had a truly pleasant stay at Sterling Wayanad, everything was just imperfectly-perfect. The serene atmosphere, lush greenery, and well-maintained surroundings made it a rejuvenating escape. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional; everyone was courteous and attentive. Special thanks to Anisha, who was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. The service quality, cleanliness, and overall vibe of the resort was trippy and made it an experience worth remembering. Also, not to forget the amenities they have inside the resort and although it is a bit far from tourist spots and the central wayanad yet it has it’s own upsides like there is near to zero noise, rooms are very comfortable, though, the breakfast menu can be improved. In conclusion:- Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in mother nature’s lap.

The food was really good, with a nice variety. Special thanks to Sreenath,, for being so helpful and responsive during the booking – made everything hassle-free. The rest of the staff were also very courteous and attentive. Would happily come back again!

THE Overall experience was awesome. To be specific the Kerala cuisine in Malabar Restaurant is great. Many thanks to chef Sudheesh for excellent fish dishes. Dipti in activity central entertained us with that great charm.

This is a beautiful property of Sterling and we keep coming back to it....my husband is a member and this was our 4th stay on this property. The staff here is one of the best that Sterling has right from the main gate guards to reception to housekeeping to the waiters. It is pet friendly and they go all out to make our stay with our pet comfortable. They also have a dedicated pet menu. The 1 BR that we were provided is spacious with a small backyard sit-out to enjoy your tea n coffee. However this time we found a couple of. shortcomings- The buffet was good, but al la carte dishes that we ordered through room service, were a big let down with hard un-chewable chicken pieces in all chicken dishes ordered, also instead of tender coconut souffle, wrong item was sent and then when we raised the issue, tender coconut pastry was sent. On raising a complaint on this matter, immediately the F&B Manager, the concerned Chef and a reception staff came to our room to apologise and that is appreciated sincerely. Also despite our not asking for it, Mr.Sunil Kumar F&B manager waived off the bill and this gesture is also appreciated. Spa service is very poor with the male masseur just applying oil, and not doing proper massage. For the huge charge for massage, this is not what is expected. When my husband complained, the Spa manager offered a complimentary service but we didn't take up this offer.

Excellent stay. Mobile network is non existent in the resort but WiFi makes up for it. We did all the activities in the resort barring pottery as the person was on leave. Room was large. Our room was quite far from most places like restaurant. Reception etc. and we wanted to change it or upgrade but the resort was full. Lots of monkeys around but they were harmless. Staff was incredible. They were very polite and helpful. Manikandan helped us with our special Kerala/Malabar meal. Answered all of our queries about the jungle patiently. Pratap helped us with several of our meals with a smile. Excellent service by him. Dileep was fantastic with the fun activities and so was Dipti.

it's a beautiful resort worth exploring. the interior of the rooms and the one bedroom apartments are elegant simple and neat. the resort is amidst nature with the lake at the center with birds and butterflies. the trees the hanging flower creepers add to the beauty. the staff were extremely helpful pleasant and responsive. I was traveling with two elderly parents 80 plus years and then made sure they were attended to pretty well. now to the restaurant : the quality of food was very good and the service was exceptional. in fact on two occasions I requested for an item not on their menu and they were able to get it to me. I would like to give a special shout out to Raju so help my parents by attending to their needs in the restaurant. the food and beverage manager assistant manager and the entire team for extremely hospital pleasant and corteseous. The spa service was very good. I've taken my parents for a getaway in a quiet calm and relaxing atmosphere. The visit served the purpose.
