Great for a business trip

Just an easy location from town centre, train station to London and restaurants

Everything was pretty ok for this hotel, from the rooms, to beds, toilets, breakfast, parking, location, etc. No major complaints.

Good, just outside ulez zone £7 for car park/day Trains 5 min walk (Zone 7 to Zone 1 will be a bit expensive, around £19)

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. It was definitely value for money. The only thing that caught my attention was there was no vegetarian options for the cooked breakfast apart from scambled eggs and beans. I expected mushrooms and/or vegetarian/vegan sausages and bacon.

Our room was located on the 7th floor and there were 2 lifts - 1 was broken and the other very temperamental so we had to walk with our luggage up 7 flights of stairs - we mentioned the lift a staff member who barely even spoke back. The room was okay but the bed was terrible, it was like a bouncy castle and it sloped towards the middle which made sleeping terrible. The breakfast staff were lovely.

Good price and convenient location, however mattresses dip into the middle and the pillows were lumpiest I’ve ever experienced leading to a terrible night’s sleep.

It’s was fine for one night to stop after Harry Potter studios. But no hot food Sunday nights and the fittings were falling off the walls/ doors. Modern decor. Nice staff. Limited breakfast.

I really loved the stay. The shower room was nicely decorated and amazing to use. They had a nice setup for the room I.e the bed was comfortable, you could watch tv to pass the time, a kettle with amenities such as sugar/tea. The view outside was also beautiful. Overall I really felt relaxed and at home

From approaching registration until leaving, everyone was good humoured, friendly and extremely helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable.

Das Zimmer war leider schmutzig, große Krümel auf dem Boden, Haare vom Vorgänger im Bad, Staub überall. Mit Krabbelkindern nicht zu empfehlen ! Selbst als der Boden vom Essen meiner Kinder krümelig war, wurde es nicht vom Roomservice sauber gemacht. Erst nach Aufforderung. Teller vom Vorabend wurden nicht abgeräumt. Zimmerkarten fallen ständig aus ! WLAN sehr schlecht ! Habe Iphone 15 Pro. Nix ging. Hotel außerhalb der Bahnzonen London. Mehrkosten bei Fahrten in die Stadt. Mein Fehler, Info für alle Anderen ! Personal sehr nett ! Frühstück für deutsche sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig ! Aber man hatte was im Magen ! Sonntag Abends hat die Küche Abends zu ! Schade !

It was excellent. We did the Harry Potter tour and the location of this hotel is just perfect. I would say couple of blocks away from the Watford Junction Station which makes it easy to come by train and also to take the Tour bus. The room is small, compared to what we are used in Canada, but it works very perfect. The breakfast is really good.
