The charterers who book through VRBO will only pay a small deposit and that will be deducted from the grand total of the charter. We will SUBTRACT the deposit paid to VRBO from the below prices. WHAT IS AN ALL-INCLUSIVE CHARTER ON A CATAMARAN? Aquanimity is a 48 ft catamaran with a captain and chef on board with you and your group the whole time. Our stellar crew takes care of everything you desire while onboard. They can recommend places to visit and explore, places to dine out onshore, places to hike and snorkel, etc. HOW MANY CABINS AND DOES EACH CABIN HAVE A PRIVATE BATHROOM? Yes, there are 4 Cabins in total, but only 3 Queen Cabins are available for charter. Our captain and chef sleep in one cabin. HOW MANY GUESTS ARE ACCOMMODATED? Up to 6 Passengers WHAT ARE THE MEALS LIKE? A 7-night charter includes 7 Dinners, 7 Lunches, and 7 Breakfasts on the boat. If you want to eat/drink ashore you would do so at your own expense. A 6/5/4 night charter includes 6/5/4 dinners, lunches, and breakfasts on the boat. WHAT IF I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES? The chef can prepare anything. Our guests advise what they want for meals ahead a time. After booking, our charterers will receive a food preference sheet to be filled out. WILL GUESTS BE ABLE TO DISCUSS ITEMS WITH THE CREW BEFORE BOARDING? Yes! We will get you in touch with our crew before boarding to ask them any questions and to get to know them better before you step aboard. WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED FOR THE PRICE? All fuel, ice, beer, wine, alcohol, and mixers are included. National Park fees and Customs fees are also included. These total up to about $900 in value as well. GRATUITY INLCUDED? No, that is up to our guests at their discretion. Customary is 20% of the charter cost. WILL THERE BE THINGS TO DO WHEN NOT SAILING? Yes, the boat has lots of snorkel gear, water toys, mats, pads, floats, electric torpedoes, towels, fishing gear and paddle boards. Guests are welcome to use all gear at any time. CAN I HELP THE CREW DOCK? CAN I HELP MOOR? CAN I SAIL THE BOAT? Yes! the captain will gladly teach willing students. HOW TOSECURE YOUR BOOKING. We will then send you a contract that must be signed.  Once signed, a 50% deposit is due when you make the booking minus any amount you paid to VRBO already. That payment is either through wire transfer or ACH. The remaining 50% is due 90 days before the charter starts.   WHAT TO EXPECT SOON BEFORE THE VACATION BEGINS About two weeks before the charter begins I will give you a piece of paper to fill out that we give to the crew. They then use that for catering to your food, beverage and entertainment needs. It also states the standard ships bar which is pretty extensive.  If there are any special types of beer or wine that you prefer, they will try to procure that.  If you are into expensive or specialty alcohols/wines, they will also procure that for an additional cost to you.  This sheet also asks what your vacation style is. Such as whether you are a chill and yoga person, or a partygoer, or perhaps you are you a little of everything. This helps the crew to understand how to develop your vacation.   HOW TO GET TO THE BOAT You need to book your flights to St. Thomas USVI. (Stt). Our boat is parked about 15 minutes from the airport so you could take the cab from the airport and be on the boat enjoying a painkiller within 30 minutes of getting out of the airport. The crew will greet you and brief you on an agenda and likely set a course that afternoon depending on your arrival time.  Additionally, if you arrive early before noon on the day your charter begins, Yacht Haven Grande (the marina) has a nice, secure office where you can store your luggage and a gorgeous lagoon pool for you to relax in while waiting to board the boat.  WHAT TO PACK Most people overpack. All you need is: sneakers/flip-flops swimsuits T-shirts/shorts Dresses/ collared shirts (if you want to go out a few evenings) underwear/socks hat/sunglasses phone/camera Medium-sized dry bag  sunscreen first-aid kit Medicines/special dietary supplements cash(roughly $400 - $800 for shopping) 15% -20% Tip for the crew (They take cash, Venmo, or Zelle)  Instead of suitcases, you’re better off with duffel bags as they compress small when emptied and they can be stuffed under your bed in a compartment.  WHATYOU LIKELY DO NOT NEED snorkels or goggles or flippers  drink mixers or food  fishing gear Bluetooth speakers (Unless you just like yours but we have a great fusion stereo sound system.  You can connect your Bluetooth to it.) shampoo or soap towels or Beach towels aloe (People usually leave it on the boat and we wind up with tons of bottles of it.)    WHATWE ALREADY HAVE ON THE BOAT FOR YOU one or two fishing poles and some light tackle.  Hair Dryer floating mats and noodles paddleboards  other water toys  ACTIVITIES If you like Diving, we offer Rendezvous diving coordinated with a 3rd party diving company. We can teach you unofficial sailing informally. Hiking  Bar Hopping Snorkeling Finding Remote Beaches Finding Fun (less remote) Beaches. We can direct you to / coordinate different types of lessons or excursions such as E-foiling, windsurfing, yoga or massages (at your expense)  FOOD All Charters are served with all chef-prepared meals included.  All onshore meals/drinks are at the client's expense WILL MY HAIR DRYER WORK ON THE BOAT?
