We were really pleased with our stay at the AKA as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed .. Room was large and comfortable ..It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in DC ..The staff are very good, helpful they made us feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of our stay especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and courteous , Specially Jonathan was so friendly and helpful I would book this hotel again without hesitation and recommend it for my friends .

I cannot say enough about the customer service. From the front desk staff, to the valet staff to the housekeeping staff...everyone was FANTASTIC! Everyone had smiles and kind words to start your day and end your evening. Management interacted often with guests AND staff and frequently rolled up their sleeves at any opportunity to ensure processes went smoothly. The facilities were exceptionally clean and were constantly being attended to. The location is ideal for walking and or shopping or sitting on the balcony with a beverage to people watch. The old adage applies...you get what you pay for. Oh, by the way, in this cashless society, be sure to have a few bucks for tips. They certainly earn and deserve it.

Very modern, jazzy hotel; Room was very comfortable, very spacious, and a wonderful balcony and view! I was impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was, especially the gentleman hosting the complimentary breakfast, and helpful parking attendants!

Beautiful, well appointed and affordable. Great choice. The hotel is brand new and so sophisticatedly decorated. Only knock was valet parking. It was pricey and took a while to retrieve my car. I would definitely recommend and will look for this chain of hotels in future travel.

I stayed at AKA Washington Circle for over two months this summer. It is great spot for long term stays! The suite I was in was incredibly spacious, had a large deck overlooking the circle, had wonderful appliances, and truly felt like home. The staff was exceptional. From Eileen at Sales to Jonathan at the front desk to Emanuel and Cliff at the door and so many more. I could not have asked for a better experience! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the DC area. It’s right by the Foggy Bottom metro stop, and a ten minute walk to Dupont Circle. I can’t wait to return.

Squeaky clean and spacious rooms. Well equipped with uncommon amenities like a clothes steamer and top line Nespresso unit. Friendly and stylish staff. Terrific location if you are visiting GW University or want to stay on the west end. Was told rooms on the New Hampshire side are quieter but the 23rd side has lovely sunsets.

I recently stayed at AKA Hotel and had a wonderful experience, thanks to the exceptional service from front desk representatives Johnathan and Charles. They were both incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to all my needs. Johnathan provided great local recommendations, while Charles went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained, but it's the outstanding service from Johnathan and Charles that truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommend AKA Hotel for a top-notch experience.

Jonathan, the manager gave me a full tour of the hotel. I had stayed here when it was the Washington Circle hotel The renovation is so transformative. The rooms are large, airy, practical and very stylish. Love the kitchenette. Design is superb. Hotel has 2 new z centers and a private screening room. The gym is complete for any workout. The soon to open A. Kitchen and Cafe looks promising and perfect for a private event. There is a hood Happy Hour M -F 5-7 with a large variety of wines soft drinks and snacks. The hotel sits on a major thoroughfare and is totally sound proof. I can’t wait to book in a small conference here or holiday event.
