Nicht nur ist dieser Ort ein scharfes Loch, sie sind Dieben. Wir haben am 7. und am 8. sehr früh gecheckt. Als wir aus dem Zimmer gingen, gab es viele Leute, die offenbar dort den ganzen Monat mieten oder dort wohnen. Ich bat um Nichtraucher zu sein, und sobald wir die Tür geöffnet haben, ging der Hubby zu beschweren und wurde keine Antwort gegeben. Die Boden waren scharf, ich habe meine Schuhe nie ausgezogen. Es gab eine Waschkleidung, ein Gesichtshanddock und ein Badhanddock für 2 Personen. Kein Problem, weil ich nicht in die Dusche kam, es war scheiße. Ich wartete, nach Hause zu gehen und duschen. Es war Schmutz oder Schmutz im Untergrund des Mini-Kühlschranks. Es gab tote Fehler auf dem Boden und Spots überall, als ob der Boden nur einmal im Monat mopediert wurde. Nach dem Auschecken am 8. am Sonntag entdeckten wir, dass ein Bankkonto wurde $ 70.00 am Dienstag 10. für gestohlene Handtücher geladen. Als wir über das angerufen haben, sagte uns der Immobilienmanager in keiner unsicheren Weise, dass kein Geld an uns zurückgegeben würde, so dass wir überall, wo wir wollten.Meine Frage ist, war das Zimmer nicht von der 8. bis zum 10., als sie beschlossen, uns für gestohlen zu belasten. Towels. Dieser Ort muss für das, was es ist ein SLUM!!!! THIEVES !!! Ich bin nicht mit diesem Schweinepen gemacht habe ich nur gerade begonnen.

Das Personal hier ist fantastisch! Besonders Jordan! (Ich hoffe, dass es ist, wie Sie ihren Namen schreiben) Ich bin in der Umgebung für Arbeit, und ich hatte eine schreckliche Erfahrung in einem Extended Stay America. Ich habe beschlossen, hier für ein paar Nächte zu bleiben. Als ich hier kam, war Jordan so freundlich zu mir und war so hilfreich, während ich versuchte, einen langfristigen Plan herauszufinden, weil ich für 3 Monate in der Gegend verbleibe. Ich kann ehrlich sagen, dass sie das Highlight meiner Woche war.

I always start a review with the positives. I also don't like to be part of the problem but part of the solution and try to always offer helpful suggestions if I make a valid complaint. That said... The room at the Holiday Inn PIT Airport was PRETTY clean. I saw dark, long hairs on the bathroom floor (my hair is short and blonde,) and in the tub which led me to think the bathroom wasn't clean. However, the toilet and sink were seemingly wiped down and plenty of towels were accessible. The beds are comfy, the rooms are large, and we appreciate the outdoor pool in the warmer months. My husband and I stay here quite often, as many as 4 times a year or more, often with a multi-night stay, and we enjoy using the pool. The location for us is convenient to restaurants, shopping and the airport. Holiday Inn Pittsburgh Airport in general meets our needs. The breakfast is very good. Lots of a variety of hot foods and coffee. The waitstaff is always helpful in bringing out supplies, refilling coffee, hot food, a ”to go” bag if needed, etc. That all said, there is this very heavy set MEAN blonde lady with glasses that makes us cower and cringe each time we enter the hotel. We DON'T want to ask her for anything as she ALWAYS makes us feel like we are BOTHERING her. She seems to work the day shift, from early morning til 3 p.m. or so, as we have noticed and we try to make my requests and ask questions AFTER she is gone for the day. How ridiculous is this?!! Case in point: During one particular stay, I asked for more bars of soap for our room. I prefer bar soap. I shouldn't have to feel ”sheepish” about asking. They are mini and not full-sized bars of soap. We usually stay an average of 3 nights when we come to town and the hubs and i prefer bar soap to the bodywash and need more than one teensy bar for the two of us between the shower and sink for 3 days of usage. Get this one....She told us to use the bodywash in the containers on the shower wall and asked us if we had checked to see if the container of body wash was full!!!?? She seems to like to provoke an ARGUMENT! Then she preceded to tell us how she was instructed to hand out the minimum as in the case of the soap. I was thinking: ” Lady, please just open the drawer behind you and give us the dang soap!!” It's NOT a difficult request. I'm thinking: What happened to the old adage, ”The customer is always right?” The staff certainly should not ARGUE with the customer. A hotel front desk clerk works in the hospitality business and should provide the customer with ”hassle free” service. NOT! We don't ask for much. We don't ask for the room to be serviced with fresh towels, etc. during our usual 2 to 3 night stay. Was asking for mini bars of soap too difficult of a request? Today in our hotel room, I went to wash my hands after leftovers from an early lunch (around 11:00 a.m.,) to find that there was NO WATER. It had obviously been shut off. Why? We called the front desk to find out what happene

Es war sauber und das Personal war super schön. Sie sind nicht für die Bar oder Restaurant-Bereich ausgebildet, da sie die Vordertafel Leute auch für diese Bereiche arbeiten. Essen wurde nicht für das, was das Menü sagt und keiner von ihnen weiß, wie man Getränke zu vermischen. Sie wissen es nicht. Sie werden es Ihnen sagen. Ein arbeiter sagte, wir können keine Nahrung bestellen, weil er die einzige Person war. Frühstücksmahl ist nur ok, wenn Sie Gummi-Eier oder Eier in einer seltsamen Flüssigkeit mögen. Andere Wahlen waren jedoch gut. Es wurde getroffen und Miss. Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Sehr schöner Zusatz, den Sektionsschlaf in den Zimmern zu haben. Alles in allem, wir würden wieder da bleiben. Es ist mehr von einem Komforthotel. Erwarte nicht, dass es ein Resort ist. Es kann sich als phänomenal erweisen, wenn sie die Nahrung und Bar korrigiert haben.
