Gorgeous Townhome 3-Bedroom w/Hot Tub, Pool, and Games!

Unfortunately this property was not as goid as other properties we have had in the past. I will list some of the issues we experienced. Garage remotes (only one operational)Light/fan in family room not operationalRoom with queen sized beds and adjoining bathroom were not cleanTrash can overflowingLight over staircase outNo washcloths in two upstairs baths and only one in downstairs bath. Ceiling air return in upstairs hallway was very dirty. Lamp on night side table in downstairs bedroom was broken.Sorry to be the bearer of this news. None of these were horrible but definitely a nuisance and easily rectified.

Wouldn’t stay here again! Had a group of 5 ppl staying here for a family members graduation. When we first arrived the code to the front door was not working, had to reach out to the host & wait for them to reset the door code.The number of bedrooms worked good for our group, was a little disappointed that the master bedrm was the smallest bedroom in the house, and had the smallest bathroom & closet space. We were traveling with an infant so it made it a little difficult on space in the room with a portable bassinet. This VRBO was poorly stocked for the 4 days we stayed there. We ended up having to go buy supplies (Paper towels, TP, etc.) As well there is hardly anything useful to be able to cook in the kitchen, we were constantly having to improvise trying to make a meal.We had issues with the TV’s working and/or remotes not having batteries. Reached out to the host letting them know of some damages we noticed after arriving, wanting to inform them of what they were, & got no response. After our stay I received a message that the host is charging us for damages found in the home, that we’re not us, & I informed them during our stay & now trying to blame us for it. Many furniture items were broken, light/light fixtures in the home that did not work. The house was poorly cleaned upon our arrival, toilets, tubs, under beds & in couch cushions were not cleaned properly & dust covering baseboards.Really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but after our experience I would not recommend.

Great Communication There was a small issue with us being able to check in due to a previous renter, but the owner communicated really well and took care of us!

Good Space, Location, Sparsely stocked We had a group of 10 with 6 kids who stayed here to explore Zion during Winter Break. Great space, worked good for our group with the bedrooms and number of beds. Good location--quiet, nice. Poorly stocked VRBO in terms of kitchen, TV, and misc. Cable wasn't working and we couldn't watch football at night; we wanted to cook and really couldn't get much done because lack of supplies. No tissues for my nose. It didn't feel like home away from home. Cooking felt like I was camping and had to figure out how to do without.

Cozy townhome! This townhome was amazing to stay in. It had all the amenities that we were looking for. The spacious layout way ideal for a group of six and the beds were so comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and quick to respond. We will definitely be booking again!
