Indian Point Manor was named after the Indian statue at the SW corner of the property overlooking Catfish Lake. The property was originally built by former Chicago Mayor Edward Kelly in 1929. The mayor and his wife carefully and meticulously planned the property. The cottage is available to rent separately during spring, fall, and winter. *Guests renting Indian Point Cottage have only full access to the cottage. *The grounds surrounding the cottage are only available for use if no guests are renting the main Manor. If guests are renting the main Manor the grounds are not available to be used. The cottage, located on the South side of the property under a picturesque pine tree canopy overlooks the Tennis court at Indian Point and is a short walk from the Main House. The cottage has been fully renovated to include two bedrooms, a single bath residence provides a King sized bed and two full beds with the ability to sleep up to 6. A full Kitchen and open concept floor plan provide a great view of the custom stone fireplace, sure to keep everyone warm in the winter. In the summer months, this facility is only available in conjunction with the Main House. In the winter it can be rented independently of the main location. Indian Point Manor is located on a beautifully maintained 9-acre property on Catfish Lake, part of the renowned Eagle River Chain of Lakes.
