King room on upper floor. Large, spacious room. Very comfortable king bed. Room and bathroom was very clean. Overall appearance of the Inn was very clean and tidy. Friendly service. Stairs only to upper floor but plenty of ground level rooms if you can’t manage stairs. Fresh milk supplied which is a real plus in my book! I was charged a surcharge on my room rate with no explanation, yet to ask what this was for.

After a stuff up with our online booking, Kelly on the front desk was amazingly helpful. They were booked out but went over and above to accommodate us. We ordered room service from Rupert’s (steak and chicken) and it was amazing! Can’t recommend this place more highly! Thank you Kelly for your fabulous service and hospitality, we most definitely appreciated it after a long day of travel!!

This is the best place I’ve stayed in Warwick. Very comfortable rooms, with everything you would need. A great restaurant serving great quality food and wine and really lovely staff. I hope to be back soon.

This was a nice Motel. Room was large and comfortable. Staff were nice. Restaurant had a varied menu. Did not use the pool as it was quite cold (although it was summer). Parking was a bit of a premium but just a nice motel.

Originally Booked through *********** for $163 for one night. The event was cancelled and they said if I cancelled through *********** they have to wear a 15% fee but if I paid them that day they would hold my booking. No disclaimer that they now won't honour their own cancellation policy if you need to cancel again. They closed my original booking and never had to pay the fee. Then overcharged me from my original quote from *********** and then started getting heated and rude when I had to cancel cause the event was moved again. I did call over 24 hours before but I was basically told to shove it. Told me they had to pay the cancellation fee originally which is crap. Pity cause I was looking forward at some point to going to stay but I just can't trust them.

Have just spent 2 unexpected nights at this amazing motel - Imagine going to visit relatives you haven’t seen for a long time & you are staying with them / that is exactly the feeling you will have after the first few minutes at this motel. Rooms were very spacious, beds amazing & fsntasic experience all round. My stay was caused due to flooding & being unable to get back to the Gold Coast. The chef was also flooded & unable to get there on the first night how ever Kristin did a fabulous job of providing a great meal that everyone enjoyed at short notice. Kelly (manager) is phenomenal & the hospitality you will experience from the entire team would easily rival any 5 star resort. Thank you for my time there - look forward to seeing you all again in different circumstances. If I could I would rate you a 10 out of 5 on Google reviews. Cheers Karen Cane

Just spent five nights here with friends at the Coachman's Inn and it would be one of the best managed properties of it's kind that we have stayed in. Rooms were very spacious with King beds and plenty of other space. Restaurant was also very good, as well as very busy continuously, with very reasonable priced food and drinks. All this is down to Kelly the wonder woman in charge of the whole property which, under her care, was extremely well run ... well done Kelly. next time we are in Warwick we shall definitely return to the Coachman's Inn.

We had a one night stay at this motel on our way though to the Gold Coast. Good size room with comfortable beds. Impressed that the TV was set up for casting from your own device. A pleasant surprise to find such a modern facility. Sick to death of enduring low priced Foxtel subscriptions which seem to be the norm across most other accommodations. We were able to check in early which was a blessing after a previous bad nights sleep. Only have two criticisms. 1/ the bathroom either needs an opening window or a major upgrade of the extraction fan. A real problem with both bathroom smells and becoming a steam room during even the shortest of showers. 2/ they must ditch the rubber like bedspreads. Probably simple to sanitise but very unpleasant to the touch. We took them off both the beds and replaced them with blankets, which were fresh were freshly laundered

We booked this place due to having a good restaurant on-site. Only to be told after the credit card charged on check in that the restaurant was closed due to no chef. Therefore no dinner or bfast available. Should of told us before taking our money or offered a reduction. Bed was way too soft towels were old and electrical items 4 years out of testing date. Not happy. Will not book this place again.
