Wir blieben hier, als unser Auto auf dem Weg zu unseren Urlaub fiel. Wir reisen mit jungen Kindern und einer behinderten Person. Das Personal dieses Hotels konnte nicht hilfreicher gewesen sein. Der Service war überaus hervorragend. Die Kinder waren beunruhigt und enttäuscht und sie waren fantastisch mit ihnen. Sie konnten wirklich nicht genug tun, um zu helfen. Kasey war besonders wunderschön. Ein Kredit für Ihr Unternehmen. Das nächste Mal, wenn wir in der Gegend sind, werden wir hier absolut wieder bleiben! Ich sollte auch bemerken, dass das Hotel schön und sauber war und wir hatten viel Platz in unserem Familienzimmer. Die Dusche war großartig. Das Frühstück war eine gute Auswahl und heiß und lecker. Die Bar war bis 1am geöffnet, was angesichts der Umstände besonders nützlich für uns war! 🙈😂

Typical motor way hotel. Place needs an overhaul.. Most rooms have something wrong with them.. i.e heaters don't work, window seals non existent. But clean, spacious rooms.. and good staff, who do try and help. (were they can)

Die Lage ist gut wie ein Golfplatz in den Vororten, sehr nahe an der Straße, aber man muss fahren. Der einzige Ort, an dem man sich beschweren kann, ist, dass das Frühstück wirklich schlecht ist und alles andere gut ist

Wegen des Bank Holidays kann das Hotel nicht rechtzeitig befördert werden, was dazu führt, dass das Zimmer keine Tragebrecher bietet. Das Zimmer ist gut, entspricht den Erwartungen, das Frühstück ist das Standard-British Frühstück. Es gibt kein Restaurant in der Umgebung, und es wird empfohlen, das Abendessen des Hotels zu buchen.

Danke für einen schönen Aufenthalt! Zum Preis des Zimmers war es jeden Penny wert und mehr besonders als ich ein regelmäßiger Unterkünfte. Wird sicher sehen, wieder zu kommen.

We have stayed at this hotel on three occasions now (once with Shearings and twice independently. On arrival the receptionist was friendly and asked how our journey had been as weather was awful. We stayed in the modern block room 63 and were very happy with the room. The hotel is being refurbished and you can tell. The carpet fitters were there during our stay and the entrance to the block is clean and fresh. On arriving in the room we could only see one set of towels and we had a problem with our Tv but the receptionist came immediately to our room to help us. The second lot of towels were in the wardrobe. Our room was very clean and spacious. The only one thing more hangers would have been useful. We had evening meal in the restaurant. The food was very good. Myself and my husband had the ham hock terrine followed by blade of beef and myself had scampi. Food was hot and a good portion size. We both enjoyed our food. Staff were efficient and helpful. We had breakfast two mornings. It wasn’t buffet as we had had previously due to hotel being quiet but you could order hot food ie full English. There were fruit juices cereals yoghurt fruit continental meat and cheeses also alongside bread to make your own toast and pastries such as croissants and pain au chocolate. You get your own drinks from the two coffee machines which are easy to use. We had a drink in the bar both nights but the first night it was just us and another gentleman. It was slightly busier the next evening. The cleaner who serviced our room was also pleasant to us. We enjoyed our stay and would return. I know that some of the reviews on here are harsh but we had an enjoyable break. Mr and Mrs King
