Hotelzimmer sind sauber und sauber. Allerdings gibt es kein Wasser in ihnen, wo die Mineralflasche zu einem Standard scheint. Es gibt kein Glasraum, so sind nur eine Kunststoff-Tasse verfügbar. Unterstützung im Rezeption mit der schwächsten Zelle. Sie sind nicht interessiert, Gäste das zweite Frühstück zu düssen, keine Kontakt mit Blick. Die Parkgebühr wurde verdoppelt, aber nach der Erwägung der Betrag wurde zurückgegeben, aber ich hörte kein Wort Entschuldigung, oder sogar ein Gramm von Verwirrung, dass die Serviceseiten. Es ist sauber, erschwinglich und eine gute Lage, aber es ist definitiv nicht genug, das Hotel als eine gute zu betrachten.

Wir haben für einen langen Wochenende (3 Nächte) im Ibis Warschau Zentrum geblieben. Die Check-in war sehr effizient und das Personal hilfreich. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und alle Einrichtungen waren sauber und in der Arbeitsordnung. Beim checkout waren auch die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfreich und haben unsere Taschen für ein paar Stunden kostenlos gelagert. Insgesamt ist ein sehr guter Aufenthalt und ich empfehle dieses Hotel.

I wish I could leave a good review. Unfortunately I cannot really. I do wanna start off by saying that the female receptionist was truly lovely. There have been a number of things however that make it impossible for me to leave a good review. Firstly, they decided to change the code you need to get back into the building after 11pm, but they didn’t change it on the keys. They also forgot to change it on the paper on the inside of the door in the rooms. They just give you a piece of paper when you check in, which I didn’t realize had a different code on it than the one on my key. So I was stuck outside at 11.30 or so. I rung reception, but no one was there. I’d booked this hostel cause on Hostelworld it says there is 24 hour reception. Also when I tried calling them using the phone number on google maps, no one picked up. Secondly, I asked if they could wash my clothes in the evening. The Ukrainian guy who works behind reception told me that was possible and that it would be ready the same evening at about 10.45 pm. When I got there, it turned out the wash wasn’t ready yet, so he asked me if I wanted to pick it up the next day. I told him that was ok. The next day I picked up my wash, only to find out it’s still wet. So the other guy who was working that day put it into the bag while he must have felt that it was still wet and decided nonetheless to proceed putting it into my bag. Then the third point is even more ridiculous in my opinion. I was staying in the most expensive (4 bed) dorm, but it didn’t have a bathroom in it. As we were having drinks at one of the bars that looks out over the hostel, my friend told me that when he stayed at the hostel a few days before he stayed in the dorm one floor below mine - and that that one did have a bathroom in it and that he even paid less for it. So the next day I asked the receptionist if that room was still available. I even asked for that specific room. He told me that was a private room, even though my friend had stayed in it a few nights before. I told him I would be checking out instead. Then he told my friend the same thing, but my friend told him that that was obviously not true as he had stayed in that dorm himself a few nights before. Then he had to basically confess that what he said had been a lie. Then he came up to me and told me that I could stay in that room after all. I told him I was gonna stick to my plan to check out, as honestly, this guy was getting on my nerve. He had clearly been lying to me, he obviously hadn’t cared about my wet wash a few days before and generally his attitude was anything but what you’d expect from a receptionist. Then to add insult to injury he refused to let me store my bags in the storage area, claiming that it was only for current guests and not for former guests. Obviously this is ridiculous. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hostels in my life and the very room serves to store the baggage of former guests. I also had previously stored baggage in that very

Dieses Hostel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Direkt in der Altstadt, tolle Lage! Der Verkehr ist bequem, es gibt viele Supermärkte und es ist bequem, Dinge zu verkaufen! Trinkwasser wird im öffentlichen Raum im vierten Stock kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küche ist sauber und ordentlich, sodass Sie selbst kochen können! Die Toiletten und Badezimmer auf jeder Etage sind zu eng! !! !! !!

Es ist bequem für den Bahnhof, hat die Rezeption H24, aber der Rest Nr. ... hat Zimmer, die ein bisschen gefangen scheinen, haben uns nicht einmal Handtücher gegeben, Sie müssen das Bett selbst machen ... Ich habe nicht besonders gefallen. Ich würde es nicht empfehlen, und sie sind nicht wert für den Preis.

Die Lage war etwas seltsam, da sie zu weit von den meisten Dingen wie Restaurants und etc. war. Allerdings half die Dame am Revier mir viel, indem sie Lieferungen und etc. bestellten. Das Zimmer hatte keine Lärmbeweise - konnte neben der Tür in durchschnittlicher Lärm sprechen hören und ein Baby schrie um 3 Uhr.

Das Hostel liegt wirklich super und direkt an der Altstadt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist etwa 200m entfernt. Bis Warschau Centralna läuft man etwa 40 Minuten oder man nimmt eben den Bus oder die Metro. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man bekommt Tipps zum Essen und zu Aktivitäten. Zudem wird vom Hostel mittwochs bis sonntags abends immer Programm angeboten. Im Garten/Terrasse kann man leicht andere Reisende kennenlernen. Wir waren in einem Doppelzimmer und das war eigentlich echt schön. Es war sauber und hatte einen Schrank und Dusche und WC. Leider war der Wasserdruck im dritten Stockwerk sehr gering und die Matratze schon etwas durchgelegen. Essen gibt es im hostel abgesehen von snacks nicht, dafür aber einige Getränke. Die Küche ist sehr sauber und hat weitgehend alles, was man braucht. Ebenfalls hilfreich ist der Aufzug, wenn man Gepäck mitbringt. Alles in allem trotz der zwei kleinen „Mängel“ sehr zu empfehlen. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

The hotel location isn't great and the building itself isn't inviting, It looks more like a dorm. The reception area is confusing, as dining area, pub counter, billiard table are together next to reception desk. From the entrance you have a feeling this isn't a business hotel, it's more a workers hostel vibe. I'm glad I didn't include breakfast and decided to eat elsewhere. The room was run-down and not very clean. The remote control was so gross, I had to clean it before use it. No kettle or cups/glass included, very bad quality toilet paper. The staff was ok. Wifi worked. And surprisingly is was quiet even though the window was next to the highway. I wouldn’t go back.

The stay on the basement level was generally a good one in an 8-bed dorm room spacious enough to move around (with also a ”long table” in the middle), and yes the bathroom (ensuite) came with like a nice-sized area of sinks & mirrors; and the ”common area” on the main floor is also a pretty nice hangout area (although just in the dining room of that area briefly during my 2-night stay). And as for the convenience of food & some other essentials, there's a ”small-but-well-stocked” grocery shop just across the street, then to the right and just about a 5-minute walk is a Vietnamese restaurant (for my ”main meals” with a ”nice variety” of delicious items to choose from), then about another 5-minute walk after that restaurant is a McDonald's (for breakfasts during my stay). And also not having to walk too far from this hostel by going the same way to the McDonald's as just mentioned followed by a right turn and for about another 15-minute walk is a straight way to the Castle Square & the Royal Castle (a ”great interior” of both a palace & a museum for a worthwhile visit).

Ich muss zugeben, dass mein Besuch in der angeschlossenen goldenen Mondbar war, die leider fehlt eine Reiseberater-Seite - ein Fehler hoffe ich wird bald korrigiert Wir waren ursprünglich skeptisch über den Straßenverkäufer, die die Bar, auch abschiedlich. Nachdem wir jedoch in der nahe gelegenen ehemaligen Kommunistischen Parteihauptstadt einen Drink genießen, entschieden wir uns, es zu versuchen. Dies ist eine wirklich bemerkenswerte Bar, die Unterhaltung und die Menge waren von einem Top-Kaliber. Ich habe Freunde gemacht, die ich sicher dauern wird für Jahre. Konversation und kostenlose Getränke flossen. Wir wurden von einigen der lokalen Damen als Regelmäßige gefühlt. Eine gewisse dumm dicke Frau war besonders Gastgeber Leider muss man einen Stern ausschlagen, da die mehr runde Wächter brachte eine Runde von GHB-Shots, die wir nicht bestellt.
