"Wir haben für ein paar Nächte in einer Einzel-Bett-Wohnung geblieben. Die Wohnung war geräumig und sauber mit allem, was Sie für mehrere Tage brauchen. Beachten Sie, dass das Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer oben ist, so dass wenn Sie etwas auf einer Ebene wollen, ist das nicht für Sie. Die Lage ist groß, direkt im Zentrum von Warrnambol, im Gegensatz zu einem Supermarkt, so einfach für Lieferungen und zu den Haupteinkaufsstraßen. Es hat einen Pool, aber es ist klein, mehr für Kühlschrank als Schwimmen. Der einzige Nebenteil für uns war das Bett. Es war ein Pillowtop, und ein bisschen zu weich für uns."

"What an incredibly peaceful place to make yourself at home for a few nights. My family and I had the pleasure of staying here in one of the cottages over new years a couple of weeks ago. It exceeded every expectation. From the stunning views, cosy cabin and lovely grounds, this spot has everything you need to make a little home away from home for a night... or 12! whether you're a family on holiday or a couple looking for a romantic night away. Everything you could possibly ask for is within 10 minutes of the property but you still feel like your a million miles from anything once you're there. Pure serenity. Sara will do everything possible to make your stay is the best it can be, and these cottages are a testament to the families hard work and dedication to share their haven with the rest of us. The place has certainly had a revamp since these pictures! 1000% will be returning. (ps. don't miss that sunset)"

When I arrived at the hotel, I found out and read them when booking. The information is seriously inconsistent, so I won’t list them all here, such as the dilapidated Chengdu building, the reception staff in the hotel lobby, and the conditions in the room seen through the glass. If you dare to check in when you get there, then I really admire you! After informing Ctrip of the above situation, Ctrip's response was that there was no way to refund the money. Then I went to court over and over again to go back and forth with Ctrip, maybe no less than five times. In the end, I was given a refund of 2/3 because the reason was I can't verify the authenticity of what I said because it was dark and I was in a hurry to find a place to stay. I didn't expect that Ctrip would require users to provide evidence for refunds. It was my fault! Later, because I booked another hotel, I was notified at short notice. After the reservation was successful, I found that there was no room. It took two big men to squeeze into a double bed room, so they compensated me for the full refund request!"
