"Das Bad ist etwas klein und Kochen ist nicht wirklich praktisch. Die Betten sind bequem, der Balkon ist schön und der Grüne Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan. Auch zum See ist es super nah. Insgesamt gut, mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Kirschen vom Grünen Supermarkt waren günstiger, frischer und leckerer als die aus der Obststadt."

"Unser Zimmer liegt 10min zu Fuß zum „einsamen Baum“. Es ist sehr ruhig, wir sind im zweiten Stock, Zimmer 406. aber ich sah die erste Etage ist auch sehr gut Aussicht. Der Brunch ist gut, es ist es wert, es zu versuchen.
Das WLAN ist nicht sehr schnell, das Zimmer ist perfekt für 2 Personen."

I love the fact that salt and pepper is provided in the kitchenette made my cooking more complete. Great Location only 10 minutes walk to the beach and town centre , great vibe! "Sehr gutes Hotel-Ferienwohnung, sehr warme Gestaltung, perfekte Einrichtungen, sauber und sauber, wie zu Hause. Im Balkon ist es das Leben, die Sonne zu schütteln, ein Glas Bier zu trinken. Das Wetter von Wanaka ist sehr gut. Der Hotelservice ist sehr nett, es muss gefragt werden. Es gibt auch Waschmaschine mit einem einmaligen Waschpulver, zu intim. Das Bett ist auch sehr komfortabel, das Wasser ist groß genug, die Haare zu waschen ist sehr komfortabel. Ich hoffe, das nächste Mal haben wir die Chance, wieder zu leben."

With four bedrooms and two bathrooms your group will have plenty of space. Fantastic lake and mountain views are available from all living areas. Close proximity to large playing fields and playgrounds will be great for guests with children.
High Speed Wifi (fibre connection ) for business or pleasure and Smart TV.
The house offers generous open plan living through the lounge, dining and kitchen area which flows out onto a balcony and courtyard. The views from the balcony are magic. The double garage offers generous parking with further off street parking available (for cars or boats).
Heating consists of a Wood Fire and two heat pumps.
Centrally located, only 10 minutes walk to the centre of town.
Can comfortably accomodate two families.
Situated right behind our other property "Simply Stunning I", subject to availability, larger groups could book both houses and accomodate up to 17 guests.

A 2020 one storey built modern spacious home (approx 240 sq m) situated on a hill boasting amazing lake and mountain views, whilst still being a short walk to the lake and Wanaka township. Sun drenched, warm family home with separate living and bedroom wings with a connected partially covered central deck which provides an attractive outside dining option. Excellent feedback from guests since 2020 eg Charlie -Aug 23 said "excellent house, view was awesome. House is much better than pictures and pictures were great". The house has been rented out to guests through other platforms since 2020 and has achieved 4.96 out of 5 average rating.

In addition to the three bedrooms that can sleep 6 people, we can provide for up to 2 more people with a fold out queen size sofa double bed in the media/TV room. In the master and bedroom 3, there is a double bed and in bedroom 2, there are 2 king single beds. (the double bed in bedroom 3 can be set up as 2 singles if specially requested in advance). There are two full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms (separate toilet and sink). The home has been set up with a ducted system throughout providing heating and cooling as required. (the double in bedroom 3 can be set up as 2 singles on special request in advance). There are 3 full bathrooms across the house and studio and there are 2 half bathrooms (separate toilet and sink). The main house has been set up with a ducted system throughout providing heating and cooling as required with a heat pump in the studio. The property also comes with a spacious double garage with internal access allowing use of a separate washer and dryer as well as space to dry ski gear. Unlimited fibre WIFI is also provided. Smart TV’s are set up in the media/TV room in the house and the studio so guests can enjoy a full range of entertainment including Netflix.(you will need to log in to your own account). There are a mixture of games/toys for different ages in the house and a child’s kayak in the garage that guests are welcome to use. Unlimited fibre WIFI is also provided across the house.

Guests will have private and full access to entire property. Parking is available in the garage and on the driveway plus there are free parking bays on the street.
The property is professionally cleaned after each guest and all linen is hired from a commercial laundry to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Linen (listing cost based on 6 people) and cleaning fees costs are charged together in the cleaning fee and cover the actual cost with no extra margin charged by us. The house and studio takes 5 hours to clean and cleaner charges are $40 per hour plus GST. The linen and clean cost quoted is applicable for stays for up to 7 days. For longer stays, guests will have to pay additional costs to price quoted as linen change and cleaning need to be undertaken on at least a weekly cycle.

Large five bedroom holiday home situated only 2.5km from Wanaka Township, 5 minutes walk to Bremner Bay and Eely Point, a popular location for boat launching.
This sunny home has recently been renovated and redecorated with new carpet being layed November 2023. The lounge/living area has large bifold doors opening out on to a sunny deck that is a sun trap. The inside area contains a large log fire with heat transfer unit. All 5 of the bedrooms have queen beds, the fifth has 2 single beds aswell as the queen bed. We encourage our guests to bring their own linen (sheets pillowcases and towels) however if this is not possible we can provide them for $150 this includes the washing. If you are wanting to hire our linen we ask that this additional charge be paid directly to me to cover the linen laundering costs. I can provide those details once you have booked. The master bedroom has an ensuite. There are 3 bathrooms servicing the 5 bedrooms.
This home consists of a modern well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, a large living area with separate dining. A conservatory provides a relaxing space, catching all day sun. Bathrooms each contain a shower and toilet, en suite upstairs also has a bath.
A large park situated over the road provides plenty of space for recreation. The house is also equipped with a large plasma television and sky t.v, a gas barbeque, and ample off street parking.
This home is an ideal getaway sleeping 11/12 people with ample living areas and all the comforts of home.
