"The hotel is well located, with Topsail and Henserson within easy driving distance. A supermarket is across the street, and good restaurants are nearby. Cleaning could be more thorough or frequent. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is limited but of good quality. The staff is friendly and helpful, though sometimes a bit indifferent. Overall, a pleasant new hotel!"

"Ich war in den Candlewood Suiten gewöhnt, bis ich ein Schlafzimmer König reservierte: die Größe war perfekt für 3 PPL und einen Hund . Das Hotel fühlt sich wie es für ein paar Monate geöffnet wurde: gut gepflegt. . Die Reinigungsmannschaft war am Morgen großartig: "Ja" ist ihre Antwort mit einem großen Lächeln. Das Frühstückspersonal war oben auf alles. . Front Desk immer ihre Patronen begrüßen und Fragen beantworten. . Die Lage ist perfekt: Einkaufsgeschäfte, Restaurants und ein wenig von der Mühe der Stadt entfernt. . Meine Empfehlung ist, weitere Optionen für Nicht-Schweine-Essens: Hühnersaft, Türkeibacon oder sogar Rindbacon ... . Von jetzt an wird das mein Lieblingsplatz sein, um zu bleiben."

"Late check in and rude front desk staff- once you make it through the line. Expect things in your room not to work and a lot of noise. Don’t bother getting a “suite” as it’s just a family room with bunk beds and shiny painted walls- to avoid children’s sticky hands from leaving marks? This hotel is poorly run with half of the front desk staff not even speaking English properly ! They also aren’t polished or what you’d expect to see in a hotel, no manners or poise. This hotel is way overpriced for the low level of service. Want a late check out? Forget it. Always an excuse. The Hyatt place in the same area is a better value and you can walk to the beach from there and rent beach chairs in the beach. They are NOT included in the hotel price here, which is crazy with the daily fees. Do not recommend until they change management and staff. Probably fine for conventions. Not good for relaxation or comfort."
