COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows: • REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold. • CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions: o Credits shall not expire o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply 2. Non-COVID Related Cancelations: For cancelations unrelated to COVID, Island Property Management will attempt to rent the unit during the specified contract period. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount equal to, or greater than, the stipulated contract amount, all client funds will be returned upon receipt by Island Property Management. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount less than the stipulated contract amount, client will be issued payment of said lesser amount (as REFUND IN FULL) by Island Property Management. Assuming the unit fails to rent, NO REFUND will be granted. Although not guaranteed, assuming the guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, the property will typically re-rent for the canceled dates thereby allowing the guest to receive a full refund. 3. Travel Insurance: Assuming you need a cancellation policy that offers refunds, we have priced our units so that you may purchase travel. The price of our Villas, together with the travel insurance policy, are still less expensive than 90% of our competitors. We price our Villas in this manner to provide options to our guests as most guests prefer to forgo insurance and utilize the existing Cancellation Policy + pay the lower price. 4. Moving Dates: We can usually accommodate all guest date change requests that occur 90 days or more before arrival, with the movement of reservation dates to the following year. Fabulous Maui Villa We really enjoyed our week at the lovely property. The condo was large, clean and well appointed. We used the pool and work out room. It was just as big and lovely as shown in the photos. We really enjoyed the great kitchen. Also, it is a nice distance for a walk to the shops at Wailea and to the beach walk.

Roomy Paradise with Sunset Views Huge kitchen and living spaces, comfortable lanai, and three bedrooms with own bathrooms. Everyone loved this location. Perhaps expensive when compared to a crowded hotel room, but a bargain when one realizes how much space and beauty you’re getting. Daily evening sunsets added to the pleasure of our stay. Thank you.

Exclusive Wailea Location & Killer Views Enjoyed staying at this spacious 3 bedroom 3.5 bath condo in Wailea across from the Grand Wailea Hotel. 5 minutes from the beach from a private secured development. Excellent gym & pool facilities and within walking distances of shops, restaurants and coffee! Great appliances and, importantly, an in-condo lanai grill - no longer allowed for Maui condos without fire suppression systems. One car garage and a covered carport are also included. Will stay here again!

Do Yourself a Favor - Book This Property First, let me say that this is a top-notch property. It was way comfortable for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children under 6). It is a beautiful, well appointed unit in a lovely gated condominium complex. The location is convenient to everything you might want to do in South Maui. I would return in a heart-beat, and highly recommend it to anyone wanting luxury accommodations in this area. Now some specifics. Everything in the condo is "the best", from the Wolf appliances, to the massive TV's, to the high-end furniture, and the Sub-Zero refrigerators. The living-space is well laid-out and provided plenty of room for adults to have space, while the kids played and watched TV. The pool area is especially nice, with its walk-in beach and waterfalls. Perfect for small children. The condo was very clean, and provided enough dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots/pans to prepare meals. Just an FYI: the only provisions in the kitchen are an assortment of spices/seasonings. You will need to get coffee, condiments, and other items for cooking. We only had a couple of questions during our stay, and the host was highly responsive, and answered my inquiry quickly and helpfully. Overall: an A+ experience!
