The main floor of the house is situated on an elevated platform, enhancing infinite ocean views from every window. As you ascend the front steps and open the double front doors, you are greeted with wall-to-wall ocean views through the sliding doors and clerestory windows along the back of the great room. The great room has an open floor plan consisting of the kitchen, dining area and two living room seating areas and a 55 foot covered deck. The chef’s kitchen includes Wolf/Sub Zero appliances, a breakfast bar and a 10 foot waterfall island with seating for 4. The dining table sits 10.
