The Club Motel and Apartments

Was looking for a well priced room to spend a couple of days in the surrounding bush areas. Somewhere to just wash and sleep. The room, although small but it was for only one, was more than enough for me. I was a little surprised to see a microwave and a toaster! Wish I had have known beforehand, not something I’m used to seeing, but was repeated in another hotel I stayed in recently, so perhaps it’s a new thing. Room was very well presented and scrupulously clean for sure. The young lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. Was very happy with this accommodation and would readily stay here again if needed. But I do have to say that my bathroom, although still totally clean, did need a little attention, but didn’t affect its use, also the parking can be a little annoying if it’s a busy time, as it was when I visited.

There is no doubt that this motel is in an exceptional location- it is walking distance to the Main Street and the eateries in town... which means you can park. your vehicle and walk. It is unquestionable that the service is good... the young lady was great on the phone and when I arrived and she checked me in. The room was clean and the shower was good. What let this down for me is that the mattress was like sleeping in Bedrock. Not the substance, the town!! So why the similarity? Well the mattress in this motel is from the same era... and with the continual use, you might as well be sleeping on bedrock (in this instance, the substance). I woke up in so much pain... I was up early with magpies (fortunately I had leftovers from dinner the previous night) . I spent a day ( unfortunately it was a public holiday and it was hard to get a response) finding a masseuse. I took a lot of painkillers for the day to ensure I didn't waste my time during my short trip away.

This motel is in a fantastic location. Rooms are delightful. Super clean. Fridge. Microwave. Cutlery etc. Beautifully presented. Bed and pillows equal to 5 star units. Ryan in reception was very helpful and friendly. Toiletries were in wall dispensers. We only used soap and shower gel. Both were lovely. Excellent care for our environment.

This hotel is central to everything in Wagga! Rooms are dated and parking is tight with limited parking close to rooms! The best feature about this hotel is the shower! Water pressure and temperature was absolutely amazing! Definitely the highlight of this hotel! I loved the shower!

Excellent room service was excelent Beds comfortable. Staff was most helpful especially when required. Food in the restraunt was great Breakfast eggs Benedict and pancakes. The Chinese meal banquet was more than could be eaten High recomend both the accommodation and meals

The place was better than I had expected, it was very comfortable, I was in one of the Small single rooms but it was big enough for one person, it had everything I needed and was extremely clean, amenities are provided, wifi is of good speed, and being closer to the road I hardly heard any traffic, I stayed for two nights.

Happy and Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms. Rooms and hotel is showing its age but well maintained, basic continental breakfast bag was provided for each and was more than adequate. Would stay again.
