The room is exquisite, the hot water temperature is high, the water outlet is fast; the number of power outlets is relatively large; breakfast is awesome! The category is also relatively rich, although it is not far from the meal time of the tour group, but the food can be replenished in time.

Rooms are basic but comfortable. Nice bar of an evening, with decent beers. Check out was lengthy, as this is also a conference venue.

There was no frigider nor cooling fan so it is not a good choice for summer at least

位置極佳。 周邊有步行街，徒步到市中心老城區教堂也就五分鐘。 酒店大門右側路口直行可以直接到達瓦赫寧根大學校區。 房間設施。 有熱水壺，沒拖鞋，有毛巾，有沐浴液和洗髮水。

Wir waren bereits mehrfach im Wicc Hotel, aber diesmal enttäuscht, ein kleines Zimmer mit Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer und einem kleinen Doppelbett mit durchgehender Bettdecke zu erhalten. Wir sind zwei Erwachsene Männer und haben natürlich sofort die Rezeption kontaktiert. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr verständnisvoll und telefonierte mit ihrem Vorgesetzten. Dieser genehmigte ein größeres Zimmer, verbunden mit einem Aufpreis von 20 € pro Nacht. Wir haben es zwar akzeptiert, fanden es aber nicht fair. Es gibt in Wageningen mehrere gute Hotels, die kundenfreundlicher sind.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Stayed for 4 nights as part of a large group. First impressions when you enter the hotel are good, modern and bright. However, I shared a room with a friend on the 5th floor, and this is where the hotel lets itself down. A tiny bathroom, no plug for the sink, so could only use with the water running, mentioned this on day 1 to reception to ask for a plug, and never supplied, this was the same for some of other rooms within our party, who also asked for a plug but not supplied. Kettle and coffee in room, however over the 4 days the coffee cups not changed, so had to use the dirty ones. The window frames when we opened and closed windows wobbled, as didn’t seem to be fitted very well. The beds were comfortable. Towels were refreshed each day, but were very poor quality, very thin. Breakfast was disappointing, limited choice, and hot selection lukewarm warm, and not replenished, so several mornings had very limited options. Good location to centre of town, with good options for food and drinks.

The room is certainly not ‘as advertised’ - tiny room with a single bed in the corner. Tiny dark bathroom. Certainly not 4 Star. Room cost 208 Euro per night! The layout and decor of the room suites a student hostel! WICC would do well to correctly advertise their offering and enter the market at the correct price. The location is great but it is way overpriced!

Worst hotel I ever been in my life. We chose the late checkout which left us the room up until 2PM. At 13:25, without any warning, the cleaning staff entered my room while I was sleeping!!! Then at 13:45, another guy tried to enter my room, AGAIN!! What the heck is that hotel? This is completely unacceptable! Then when I reported the situation to the front desk, the guy took it personally and started to talk aggressively to me! I never seen this in my life... Also, the room doesn't have blinds, so no privacy. The toilet paper in my room was already used by somebody else before my stay. This is disgusting! My advice: AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST! Also the room was definitely overpriced for what we got. I'm still waiting a compensation, that I'm pretty sure will never come. Avoid this hotel!

I had an overall pleasant stay at Hotel WICC. The room was comfortable and clean, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The highlight for me was the breakfast, which was quite good—plenty of options and fresh ingredients to start the day off right. The staff was courteous and helpful, though there were moments when service felt a bit slow. Location-wise, it's well-positioned for exploring nearby attractions, which added convenience to my stay. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with a nice breakfast, WICC is a solid choice.
