A pleasant stay in Petra, nice room with great view, good food and helpful staff, especially shadi from the front desk, very kind and hospitality.

前台英語溝通有點難，但態度還算不錯，房間都很小，大床房相對正常點

Wir haben ein Deluxzimmer mit Sicht auf Petra gebucht. Als wir ankamen hiess es,dass wir ein Upgrade mit Balkon bekommen. Die Freude dauerte nur kurz. Zimmer extrem klein direkt zur stark befahrenen Strasse. Balkon nicht benutzbar,da Abgas gestank und dies alles noch bodeneben. Zimmer konnte nicht getauscht werden da Hotel voll. Frühstück aus Plastikteller und Pappbecher. Nicht ansprechend.Hotelpersonal mehr oder weniger zuvorkommend. Zimmer und Bad aber sauber

Wir kamen zum Abendessen und wurden sehr gastfreundlich und familiär willkommen geheißen. Das Essen war super. Leider ist durch Corona wenig Tourismus was für uns aber genau richtig war. Es wurde extra frisch für uns gekocht. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!

Absolutely amazing hotel, especially thanks to Shadi, who takes care of everything and is very friendly. He is always at the reception and speaks good English. He willingly solved any problem we had in a few minutes. He arranged transportation around Petra, accommodation in Wadi Rum with pick-up, a dentist for our daughter and many other things, all at a great price. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

If you are visiting petra then this hotel is the best to stay the room was amazing with amaing view on the city the staff was so kind and the food also was great the dinner and the breakfast so I highly recommend this hotel in petra if plan to go there

Had a great stay at Petra Sella Hotel. Everything was perfect from the room, to the service and the view from the room was also very nice. Would highly recommend. Food fantastic, coffee machine works like a dream, camel parked outside for you to pet, falafel best in Petra.
