The key advantage you get is a room that have sea view and the sea is few meters away. The night sea view from the room is excellent. This hotel is near sea, but it is not close to a beach. The nearby beach is 2-3 km away. The overall stay and food is good, if you are looking for a resort or a beach side hotel, this is not for you. If you are looking for a peaceful budget friendly stay near sea for a day this is good.

Not good value, overpriced for area. Residence not well maintained. Basics were clean, but no attention to detail and badly needs renovating. Staff were friendly enough. Waterfront with waves breaking on seawall, so had a nice aspect but find it hard to recommend.

I have not stayed any property like onetree which is so close to sea, more precisely on the sea, break water. I am sure those who like sea and wanted to enjoy seabreeze may like this property. But few points below for easy reference. I find the room is very congested, and not much privacy. There is lots of room for improvement. Food quality need to be improved. The dining room on the top have no fan or AC. I have booked the resort for two nights, but had to checkout immediately after one night, as faced power failure in the whole night. Car parking is very restricted. Even it is on the sea, there is no access to sea from the hotel. The resort may be good for bachelor trip, but i feel family will not enjoy. If planning with kids better not.
