"The room was awful when you entered the room.Of the five rooms only in one had towels, so we could get us to the rest of their rooms we asked for it three times and they finally brought them in the evening. The worst was that they did not turn on the heating, and in the rooms the temperature barely reached 18 degrees (then they closed the heating and fell to 16). Every 2-3 hours we had the time to look for the person responsible to do something with the burner that didn't work (even at 4 o'clock we were looking to turn on the heating so we wouldn't freeze). You understand that in a mountain destination and indeed in winter this is a big problem; the score with 1 star is done because there is no 0 (or even less)."

"Just a one-night stay, but I was impressed by the courtesy and welcoming of the staff. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel is mostly made up of two-storey houses built on a hill overlooking the city of Volos with nice pathways and a swimming pool and bar in the middle. Although it was almost fully-booked, the peace and quiet was overwhelming at night. Short distance from Portaria main square, take your car there if you cannot handle the steep 15-minute walk."

Im Restaurant fielen Herr Grigoris und das gesamte Personal durch ihre Professionalität und Freundlichkeit auf und trugen zu unserem schönen Erlebnis bei. Wir möchten uns bei allen herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken und sagen mit Sicherheit: Wir kommen wieder! Manthos Hotels ist ein Juwel im Pilion, das einen Besuch wert ist."

"A moderate-class hotel, clean but with old-fashioned corrupt furniture in its rooms and shared spaces, very poor breakfast with the entirely basics. The parking is a big problem as the hotel has a small parking space of 6 cars in a narrow back of the hotel. The staff is kind. Especially the gentleman who makes the night shift is very kind and helpful."

"Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Volos, in der Nähe der Kirche der St. Costantino und Elena. Das Hotel ist modern und umfasst nur 16 Zimmer mit verschiedenen Messgrößen, die in den Möbeln gepflegt sind. Das Zimmer liegt im ersten Stock und verfügt über neben Klimaanlage und TV über einen Kochkreis, einen Kühlschrank und alles, was für eine schnelle Mahlzeit erforderlich ist. Das Badezimmer verfügt auch über eine kleine Waschmaschine, während im Balkon über den Tisch und den Stuhl die Wäsche ausstrecken kann. Der Hotelhall ist nicht sehr groß und fungiert auch als Frühstücksraum, der tendenziell zum Salat, aber von guter Qualität Die Unterkunft bietet acht kostenlose Autos. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber ein besonderer Dank geht vor allem dem Empfangspersonal, immer bereit, Informationen über die zu besuchenden Orte und Strände und Restaurants in der Gegend zu geben. Die Stärken der Struktur sind: die Nähe von den Interessen der Stadt, das Verhältnis von Qualität zu Preis, die Lärmlosigkeit der Zimmer, die Reinigung und die sorgfältige Pflege aller Einzelheiten, die alles neu erscheint, auch wenn es nicht so ist.Schließlich, ein sehr wichtiges Merkmal für mich, fehlende Mockets in jeder Umgebung. Wenn ich zurück zu Volos würde ich sicherlich hier wieder buchen!!"
