Complaint Regarding Poor Room Cleaning and Staff Misconduct at the Beach Area
Dear Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with certain aspects of my stay at your resort. First, the room cleaning service has been below acceptable standards, lacking the basic level of hygiene and care expected from an establishment of your caliber.
Secondly, I am deeply disappointed with the way the beach area is managed. It is completely unacceptable that as soon as a guest leaves their umbrella briefly—for example, to get food—it is taken by someone else, and no one from the staff takes responsibility or offers any explanation. The justifications provided are vague and unprofessional.
I hope these issues are addressed with the seriousness they deserve and that proper measures are taken to improve the quality of service moving forward.
