"Das Hotel wurde komplett neu gestaltet und ist jetzt total modern, die Zimmer sehr schön, relativ groß, ebenso das Bad, alles sauber und unverbraucht. Sehr schön die Cafeteria auf dem Dach mit herrlichem Ausblick, wo auch das Frühstück serviert wurde. Die wenigen Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man locker zu Fuß erreichen, außer dem Mirador do Monte San Roque, welches auf einem Hügel liegt. Vor dem Hotel gibt es ein paar Parkplätze um sein Gepäck auszuladen. Soweit so gut. Alles andere im Hotel war der pure Krampf. Nicht eine Person konnte auch nur annähernd ein Wort Englisch, damit wurde einfach alles zum Problem. Wir wussten, dass es nebenan eine Tiefgarage gibt, allein dafür die Karte zu erhalten war fast unmöglich. Aufgrund der Sprachschwierigkeiten haben wir auf einem falschen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage geparkt und bekamen am nächsten Morgen gleich einen Rüffel (auf Spanisch versteht sich, das war nicht zu überhören). Dann beim Frühstück darf man sich setzen wo man möchte, aber der Kaffeewunsch wurde abgefragt. 1 Americano und 1 Cappuccino, (das heißt auf spanisch genauso) war nicht möglich, das verständlich rüberzubringen, wir bekamen irgendeinen Kaffee vorgesetzt. Na ja egal, es war ja unser einziges Frühstück. Es gibt übrigens am Ortseingang und Ausgang jeweils einen großen öffentlichen Parkplatz, da wären genügend freie kostenlose Parkplätze gewesen, man hätte das Hotel in knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht, einfach entlang der Promenade am Wasser entlang gehen, Gepäck vorher im Hotel ausladen. Das Hotel an sich war aber top"
