Stay was fine but I had purchased 2 bottles of alcohol and left them in the room. I called as soon as I got home and was told by the front desk that housekeeping had brought it down and they would hold it till I got someone to pick it up. They arrived on Monday to only be told it wasn't there, I have been calling all week and no response from management. I'd be ok if they had told it was thrown away but to tell me it was there and I sent so One to pick it up and they said wasn't there????? This hotel has very poor customer service and for that reason I would never stay there again. I called every day for the last week

I actually traveled to Virginia Beach for the Post Malone concert. I had been going to take this trip with my son who died just the month before. So I kept my word to my son and made the trip alone. The hotel was quite and calming and I enjoyed my stay while I was there.

Der Indoor-Lazy-River-Pool ist ein Riesenerfolg - und sauber und gepflegt. Der Außenpool ist BEACHFRONT. Nachteile - Die Klimaanlagen könnten ein Upgrade vertragen und der Frühstücksplatz braucht einige Dekor-Upgrades, aber das Essen ist REAL (kein ”Rührei vorgeben”) und gut zubereitet und der Service ist gut. Ich würde es nicht als ”Luxus”-Hotel bezeichnen und die saisonalen Preise entsprechen denen der schicken Konkurrenten, aber ich denke, das hängt davon ab, wie man Luxus definiert - meine Tochter würde dieses Hotel ohne Frage dem neuen Hilton vorziehen.

Was für ein Schande, dass in einer solchen zentralen Lage, es wenig Freude zu haben, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben. Der Empfangsmann war kalt und unslächelnd, nicht mit einem Hinweis auf die Begrüßung. Das Zimmer hatte ein anständiges Bett, aber nur mit einem Blatt und Deckel. Es waren zwei Polyester-Schlacken auf einem Schrank und ich musste sie entzippen und beide auf das Bett setzen, um in kaltem und windigen Mai Wetter vernünftig warm zu werden. Der Raumheizer/Kühler ist eine Metallbox, die direkt neben einer der Betten an die Wand gebunden ist. Jedes Mal, wenn der Thermostat es schließt oder aus dem Lärm ist genug, um Sie wach zu treiben. Ich habe endlich Schaum-Earplugs tragen. Es gibt kein Frühstück im Hotel und keine Mikrowellen in den Zimmern. Obwohl die Ankunft mit dem Auto die einzige Option ist, ist Parkplätze zu 7 $ plus Steuer pro Nacht gezahlt. Nachdem ich hier verließ, habe ich in ein Hotel mit ähnlichen Standards und Vintage an meinem nächsten Ziel, Ocean City, angemeldet, und der Kontrast war erstaunlich: ein superfreundlicher Empfangsmitglied, ein volles Komfort auf dem Bett, ein Restaurant mit Frühstück zum Kauf und kostenfreien Parkplatz. Ich war offensichtlich sehr beunruhigt wegen dem, was ich bezahlt habe und es war es nicht wert! Auch die Eincheckung war sehr lang und gezogen! Ich stand in einer Linie über 45 Minuten! Ich bin typisch nicht eine Person, die Beschwerden nimmt oder sogar eine Bewertung nimmt, um Beschwerden zu schreiben, wenn ich nichts Gutes zu sagen habe, ich habe überhaupt keine Bewertung, aber ich war sehr zurückgeworfen von diesem Aufenthalt! Ich werde morgen mit meiner Beschwerde Kundenservice anrufen!

Booked a room her for 3 nights recently. We did leave a day early due to personal reasons, but that had nothing to do with the hotel. Overall, we were pleased with our stay at Country Inn. The beachfront location was great with an amazing view from our balcony. I'm always a little leery of beachfront hotels due to the heavy use they receive in season, but the common areas seemed clean and well-maintained. Upon entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean and in good condition. The bathroom looked clean and well-supplied with towels, soaps, shampoos, etc. They did not provide daily maid service, but did supply fresh towels and trash pick up every day. At night, it was pretty quiet and peaceful. The beds were a little on the firm side, but not bad. The breakfast was free and had a decent selection of hot and cold items including eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, fruit, etc. Breakfast is only served until 9 am, so if you're a late sleeper, keep that in mind. We did not use the pool or exercise room but they appeared to be in good condition. As others have mentioned , the parking garage is a bit tight but if you're cautious and don't get in a hurry, you'll be fine. It may be difficult for large trucks and suv's. It is well lit and seemed clean and safe. All the staff members were courteous and friendly as well. All in all, we were happy with our stay here and would stay again in the future.
