Access to Virgin River via desert trail and to Virgin Falls Park 1/4 mile away with swimming holes in season ! Miles and miles of trails just outside front door. Mountain bike trails very close by (JEM trail among many) Bike rental store near by. Amazing sunset views of Zion and adjacent cliffs (Gooseberry Mesa) ... and of course the sunrise views are equally spectacular. Access to multiple championship golf courses within 1 hr.
