Hotels mit Frühstück in Vinhedo

I reverse towards ***********, a room with king bed for a reason to sleep well on my way home. At arrive on check in, I have a friend that came to have a Lunch with me, The front desk told me since I reserve for 1 person other fees apply !!! I decided to eat before anything, I walk to the empty kind old school poor restaurant. I ask for a Bruscheta ( ussualy is crispy toast with chopped tomato, basil, some mozzarella and Exvoo on top, After 34 minutes waiting came a piece of flat bread with 1/2 off cherry tomato and 1/2 little piece off basil warm. My guest order a Salmon with Capers, butter sauce. Horrible, over cooked, too much salt and microwave vegetables, kind warm but cold inside. Back to see if my room is available, the front desk told me, Mr. she needs to pay to go into your room !!! I told the front desk I will just take a time to relax and I pay full price to eat and sleep, since I refuse to stay in my friend house. After he told me, I was embarrassed and I pay other 1/3 off total price to my guest stay less them 2 hours. I was relaxing in the bed when my guest scream very loud !!!!! Is a big dark Roach on the corner off the windows blackout. That is enough for me, I get inside the room 2:10 I left that place was 4:30 because, place like that, should be more Welcome from the begging to the end. Booking in get me a good price, but the Hotel do not deserve my extra 1/3 from a guest and also do not deserve a payment from the poor dish that is not even close from the real dish. Very disappointed, I am traveling for the past 3 weeks around Brazil, This place never will see me again or someone that I preserve the bad experience. By the way, the Roach get Inside the room, because the window was open and my view was from the AC units and poor old roof. I told the front desk and he say, really, I am sorry... They are Portuguese only speak I guess, I speak fluent, but they did not care whats is my issues. 2 hours inside the room and I pay included Booking R$ 420 real Is around $ 75.00 but is Rip off for the Hotel Industry, plus this R$ 420 real cost is not for everyone, maybe a stupid Travel guy like me tired to drive. Never will be back.
