Made a reservation for Multiple rooms on a specific date. Rrao confirmed the date and the number of rooms. Even received an email confirmation, but less than a week before check in Rrao call me and said he made a mistake for my stay and now rooms were not available. He suggested that I pay full price for rooms that would not accommodate my party even though he made the mistake. He spoke to his supervisor Wish Patel and they were not going to make any considerations for my stay and they would just cancel my reservation. I am in a tough situation now as there are not many quality hotels in the area. I am of the thought that when a reservation in confirmed you are set, now I am stuck without a place to stay with my event less than a week away. Rrao admitted to his mistake and his supervisor Wish was not helpful at all. DO NOT under any circumstances book a room here unless you want unprofessional treatment. Spend your money at your own risk. They may or may not have a room for you and if it is there fault, they take an oh well attitude. I have never been treated so unfairly. BUYER BEWARE because they don't care about you.
