AC Hotel Vilnius

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The interior design is stunning – modern, stylish, and full of character. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with everything I needed just a short walk away. And the breakfast was delicious – fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect combination of comfort, design, and great food!

My stay at AC Hotel Vilnius was excellent. The staff were outstanding — genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Vilnius Old Town, next to the river. The room was spotless, comfortable, and filled with natural light. Breakfast was fresh and varied, with great coffee to start the day. This hotel is brand new and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel truly cared for. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

I came here to stay at a central, clean and prestigious hotel that has a gym as I traveled in Vilnius. The moment I walked into the room and turned on the lights, one of the strip lights at on the wall unit just fell, I informed the front desk and the answer I got is "we don't have a technician on standby" (and it stayed that way until I left). I worked out in the said gym for 3 days straight. During this time, the heating in the gym never worked. I asked for someone to check it out and I was informed it was not possible to fix it in the period of my stay. What's worse is that when I try to open the gym door to allow some lobby heat to come inside the gym, 3 seperate employees came very rudely to tell me I can't do that and shut the door in my face. The hotel staff absolutely cares more about people coming for a free conferance rather than paying customers.
