Then you get one SMS in French, telling you that you have to communicate via text message. You answer in English, with your name, etc. the reply comes in French again. I mean… you are copy pasting a text message, I am sure you could have an international version to be customer friendly? Alright, nevermind, I’m in France. Let’s use google translator, we all know how amazing it is. They give you your room number. You have to figure out a way of opening the door (not written in the message): After the code, you have to press the RED button, that to me looks a lot like you shouldn’t press it. Then you go inside to take a look around. Bathroom has no soap, you can’t wash your hands. On your way out, you see a bunch of guests at the door even more lost than you were, asking for your help in French. I would love to help you, lady. Unfortunately, I don’t speak French… but wait - right! - that’s the hotel’s job. There’s no one here. Too bad. Maybe next time, in a decent hotel. Good luck, and go buy some soap before stores close, otherwise you can’t shower either. You hungry? Bad luck: can’t eat anywhere nearby. Of course there is no restaurant in the hotel - there is no one inside after all. But there is also no restaurant in the vicinity. The closest one (you have to drive there) was fully booked and there was no chance of even waiting outside either. After driving for quite some time, we found a place to eat. On our way back, there was a guy waiting outside. The person wouldn’t reply to his SMS so he had no room, even though he had a reservation. I have no idea what happened to the poor guy. That’s absurd. Wi-Fi is terrible, one can only send very small data like WhatsApp messages. Can’t support sending a simple picture. Forget about YouTube. It won’t load. There’s no power line next to the bed, there is only one in the whole room. The swimming pool was disgusting, I didn’t risk getting in. Hotel is very dirty in general. Avoid at all costs.

Hôtel vétuste manque de propreté odeur nauséabonde dans les couloirs pas de savon ni gel douche à disposition difficile d’avoir de l’eau chaude etc…la veille on nous prévient qu’il n’y aura pas de.petit déjeuner à disposition Hôtel à fuir ,passez votre route 😱😱😱

Bienvenu chez les fous ! Le descriptif envoyé lors de la confirmation de réservation est en fait le descriptif d’un autre hôtel que la propriétaire possède dans le beaujolais. Jamais pu constater un désastre pareil ! Aucun entretien de cet hôtel, la piscine est marron couverte d’une bâche donc non utilisable… ça fait plaisir ! Le pire c’est que textuellement la propriétaire « n’en a rien à fourre des avis » ?!? Mais on est où ? Par contre on nous fait bien comprendre qu’il n’y a pas de terminal et qu’ici on paye en liquide ! Su-perbe ! Les draps ne sont changés, la climatisation est HS, la machine à café en panne, le service du déjeuner dépassé. Le matériel sur la terrasse est rouillé… cette adresse est une arnaque totale. Un séjour raté entre amis confrontés à une hystérique malhonnête. FUYEZ CET ENDROIT !!! proprement honteux.

Une horreur, pas eau chaude, chambres vétustes, entretien limite. Mieux vaut aller dans un camping. Rien a voir avec le standing des alentours. C est vraiment une honte de proposer ces chambres au public. Seul le petit déjeuner est acceptable, muse a part la coupure d électricité générale.....
