La Cesa liegt auf dem Land am Fuße des Monte Circeo, sehr ruhig abseits der Stadt, nur 5 Minuten vom Meer und dem Zentrum entfernt. Ideal zum Entspannen im Urlaub. Wir haben Vereinbarungen mit einigen Badeanstalten/öffentlichen Stränden mit Parkplätzen in San Felice Circeo und Sabaudia. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind 1 km entfernt. Das Zentrum und das Meer sind bequem mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof Priverno Fossanova ist 20 km entfernt. Ferienpreise können etwas höher sein. Haustiere sind gegen Aufpreis erlaubt. Für die Klimaanlage kann im Juli und August ein Aufpreis anfallen. Für die Heizung kann von November bis März ein Aufpreis anfallen.
