By removing the tabletop and placing the grill, you can sit around the fire pit to barbecue while keeping warm. Use of the fire pit requires an additional fee of $50.The guest is free to use the public dock, deck, lounge chairs, hammocks, outdoor dining area, and 2 acres of yard space.The guest is allowed to fish in the lake, catch and release is required.The boat near the lake is not for guest uses, local communities do not allow non-community personnel to be on the lake due to safety concerns.
