Residence Club l'Etoile des Sybelles

Excellent staff, great location. Our only negative was the reception being closed on arrival which we were not expecting (we arrived on a Sunday afternoon). This meant we were stuck on the ground floor, outside with a 20 month old toddler and my husband, full time wheelchair user. Fortunately we found other guests who let us in eventually and had the rest of our 2 hour wait indoors at least! Otherwise we had a brilliant stay, reception staff were most helpful, especially when my husband had a puncture in his wheelchair, staff provided a repair kit personally and wouldn't take any payment when offered. Our apartment was adapted to be suitable for a wheelchair user, the wet room was ideal and also had a sperate bathroom (apartment 406). MMV also provided a cot, high chair and baby bath at no extra charge. Level access out to the balcony. Ideal location for skiing (although limited snow in March 24 meant a short walk rather than technical ski to the door!)

We had an ok stay. The location is good. The beds ok. The quality of materials was quite bad though: the pillows were rubish, the cheap vacuumcleaner would scratch the floor when used, and all the pots and pans were bent (despite this venue having opened only a few years ago). I was also quite anoyed the receptionist would not take my order for the bakery when I was literally only one minute late.

Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Bus stop and walks nearby with good access for skiing. Lost a point as I would of liked plumper pillows and soap in the bathroom. :) The view from the apartment was outstanding and it was a very pleasant stay overall. We look forward to returning one day.

We stayed in a 6 and 8 persons (+)apartment. Beautiful appartments, very well equipped. A lot of bathrooms (each couple had one). Only disadvantage: kinda small living room with only one couch. We proffered to couches, or at least two extra relax fauteuils. And the beds were hard, even though still quite comfortable. Good service of the staff. Nice swimming pool and sauna included. Could have been cleaned a bit better. Also some plants or other decorations would be nice.

recommend for several reasons: -offers breathtaking views of the French Alps. -the proximity to ski slopes and outdoor activities makes it an ideal choice for winter sports enthusiasts - The resort's well-designed facilities and comfortable accommodations contribute to a relaxing experience. We have stayed at MMV before, and have loved the concept. Always good locations, and good apartments. This time we decided to try Le Corbier. The ski resort was good for us a family of 4, but we would have liked more restaurants up on the slopes. The hotel is new and looks good. However we will never return. We could hear everything our upstairs neighbors was doing. This meant a lot of noise from 6.30- 23.30 everyday.as an example it meant that the whole family had to sleep with earplugs. The noise seriously tainted our vacation negatively. Staff at the hotel was nice, especially the guy with the long blond hair, but in the end there is nothing they can be do.

Station très familiale c est la 2 ème fois que nous venons car l année dernière la direction,la fréquentation et les appartements sont très sympa et propre à l arrivée c est vraiment très agréable la gouvernante est top ainsi que le personnel de ménage. La piscine est très sympa sauf que le taux de fréquentation est énorme énormément d enfants en majorité peu ou pas éduqués ils crachent se mouchent urinant dans l eau donc super.... Les animateurs sont bien ainsi que le technicien qui n arrêtent pas et je ne les envie aucunement... La vue est très belle nous y sommes encore et partons bientôt mais sommes vraiment étonnés car nos 3 semaines nous ont coûté 2400 euros pour 3 semaines( en comptant la réduction boursorama de 600 euros donc au lieu de 3000 euros).. Quand on règle ce montant à la montagne sur une petite station on attend mieux mais quand MMV fait des ventes privées sur Veepee et sur voyage privé à des 50 % de remise et que l on doit supporter la clientèle et leurs enfants qui font n importe quoi dans les appartements et dans la piscine là ce n est plus possible. Alors si vous voulez du calme ce n est pas l endroit où aller car appartements ,piscine , couloirs bruyants . Si vous aimez les animations et avoir du bruits c est pour vous. Notre fils s est blessé à la piscine aucune prise de contact de la direction qui est fantôme..

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans la résidence MMV l'étoile des Sybelles, dans nos magnifiques Alpes. Notre expérience a été tout simplement incroyable. La belle surprise d avoir été surclassé a notre arrivée ! L appartement était impeccable, parfaitement équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. L'espace piscine, sauna et hammam était un véritable havre de détente après nos journées en montagne. Ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est le personnel extraordinaire de MMV : Madame la Directrice, Gwen le barman, Nathanaël et Thibaud, les chouchous de mes enfants : Marwan et Aziz du club.. le mien étant le masseur du Spa Baïja ;-) Leur gentillesse, leur attention aux détails et leur dévouement à rendre notre séjour inoubliable ont été remarquables. Ils étaient toujours à l'écoute de nos besoins et désireux de nous satisfaire à chaque instant. Au delà même de cette team, nous avons rencontrées de belles personnes dans cette station 100% piétonne : Vincent de l office du tourisme, les 2 gars (sorry ahah ) des remontées mécaniques, le Yeti et les Roches Blanches, ou encore Théo du Chalet 2000, Fleur du Rembertin et Titus 33 ans de ptit train !! Nous sommes rentrés de nos vacances avec des souvenirs précieux et une profonde gratitude envers tous. Si vous cherchez un lieu exceptionnel pour vos vacances dans les Alpes, ne cherchez pas plus loin. MMV Sybelles au Corbier est la destination parfaite. Et cela grâce à Camille REMY, la conseillère Voyages chez MMV...Merci encore pour cette expérience mémorable !

Bcp trop bien les animateurs et activités au top merci Marwan et Aziz ;) Et les lits grv confort d'ailleurs pour y être bcp restée Bref une ambiance de dingue pendant tout le séjour merci bcp Faut faire au moins 200 caractères donc je rajoute du texte mais en vrai rien de plus a rajouter
