Hier blieb er für einen Monat auf der Grundlage von BnB. Hatte eine wirklich gute Erfahrung. Frühstück, obwohl nicht genau ein englischer Frosch auf, war es nahe genug. Mit der kontinentalen Wahl gab es mehr als ausreichend Reichweite. Die Reinigung war effizient und gründlich, das Zimmer war groß und im Allgemeinen ruhig, und die Kontrolle war gut organisiert. Das Hotel ist gut für uns, da es nicht in der Nähe des Zentrums von Benidorm, aber nahe genug, wir hatten Scooter, mit Bussen direkt zum Flughafen unten und eine Bahnhof 2Min. zu Fuß. Superb. Nicht viel Lärm von Roudies, aber als es passierte, reagierte das Personal schnell, so nur 1 Nacht Problem. Der Schuldige, den wir hörten, laufen auf der Straße zum Hotel und durch die Korridore zu krachen, wurde ausgewiesen. Warnung, aber gut für die Gäste. Ich würde empfehlen und werde zurückkehren.

Felt compelled to write my first review on the basis of some of the other reviews which I think are quite frankly unfair. We spent 7 nights here in the middle of August as a couple and I don’t have a clue what some of the other reviews are complaining about. The hotel is exactly as advertised. Rooms are fairly basic, they’re clean, beds are comfy, aircon works brilliantly and the location is brilliant. 10 minute walk to the castle, 5 minutes to the centre of the old town & maybe 10 minutes to the start of the Benidorm ‘*****’. The hotel is set along a fairly busy street which are mainly bars and restaurants - no nightclubs. The windows go a long way towards shutting out 90% of the noise from outside and chances are the sound of your air con drowns out the rest. You’ll hear the odd bit of excess noise but it’s Benidorm - what do you expect? Breakfast is a limited assortment of continental & cooked but in my opinion decent value for €6 per person. There is an information sheet in the room which states you need to pay a fully refundable deposit for hiring a kettle, iron, safe etc but I hasten to emphasise this is fully refundable - I personally think rather than blaming the hotel for charging, maybe blame guests from years gone by who have clearly abused the free amenities to the point where the hotel had to intervene and ask for a deposit. Also the hotel will ask for card details/€50 euro damage deposit upon checking in, again, fully refundable and again, blame ****** from years gone by who’ve trashed the place rather than the hotel for feeling compelled to asking for some insurance. If you want 5 & 4 star quality, then dig deep and pay for a 5/4 star hotel. The hotel is one of the better 3 stars I’ve stopped in & thats factoring in paying over the odds for summer months. The staff are great, I’d recommend the hotel but I’d implore you to be realistic before you book. Just remember where you’re going.

Right now Im a guest here and I need to share this awful experience I can talk with knowledge. We did visit this hotel every year since the last 5 years and we are absolutly disappointed on this visit: - Food with less quality and variety, personnal on breakfast and dinner not very friendly, looks always angry, if one food ends, no one put more or refill - Maintenance needed in different zones, pool, terraces furnitures to seat at night not in good shape - Part of terra mitica is closed and no one inform you previous your arrive, even callung previous week to check (uninformed reception) - *Terrible organization and management of one big football event guests, around 600 pax filling the hotel, we can't sleep most of the nights of our holidays because the noise and uncontroled groups, kids and teenegers - The quality of room and installations not worth anymore the very high compared to ithers 4 stars of the zone *Just 5 minutes ago happen this (unbelievable) 1. We did call 2 times to reception to ask for control of the noise (11:20 and 11:50) kids was running and screaming 2. Around midnight someone of security knocks our door...to ask WHO was borhering us ??? We cant believe the question...our answer: is not about WHO, but WHY we have all this noise at midnight...this person just say to the kids, if not go to silence, Police coming 😶 3. Reception personnal was so polite useless, they literally said dont know what to do....but tomorrow talk with some boss.... By the way we did warning since yesterday about this, and none apply actions or really listen us on reception. Summary, not recommend this hotel if u want to enjoy your holidays and be relaxed, trusting the hotel CAN manage the situations THEY. accept... Nachdem wir eine Katastrophe mit Airbnb erlebt haben, die uns vor der Tür ohne Schlüssel zum Zugriff auf die Unterkunft gestellt hat, mussten wir in dem Auto 2:00 schlafen, bis eine Lösung warten, konnten wir ein Zimmer um 1:00 finden . Wir gingen aus einer Hochzeit und waren müde. In diesem Hotel konnten wir ein sauberes, sauberes und empfangbares Bett finden. Und unser lieber Ivan hat uns wirklich sehr gut aufgenommen, zu hören, und auf unsere Bedürfnisse aufmerksam. Wirklich Top!

Wir haben ein wunderbares Wochenende in diesem Hotel und natürlich in Benidorm verbracht. Obwohl wir ihn schon kennen, überrascht uns niemals. Das sehr schöne Hotel, obwohl wir gerne in einer höheren und besseren Etage sein würden. Ich will sehen, ob wir das nächste Mal haben, weil ich gerne zurückkehren möchte. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr vielfältig und reichhaltig erscheint. Schließlich, ein Aufenthalt mit allem erwartet und mehr.
