Uma experiência inesquecível nas terras do Douro. Ideal para quem procura descansar e relaxar. O hotel é recente e tem uma ótima infraestrutura. O SPA, com vista para a magnífica paisagem exterior, é ideal para relaxar no fim da tarde, após um dia de passeios na zona. A localização é idílica, com vistas panorâmicas para os socalcos centenários dos vinhedos da rota do Douro. O ambiente é familiar e o staff é de uma enorme simpatia e disponibilidade. Pessoalmente, eu tenho algumas restrições alimentares que foram sempre prontamente atendidas. Na altura os carregadores para carros elétricos estavam a ser substituídos. Aconselha-se a confirmar se já estão em funcionamento, caso necessário.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und befindet sich in einem eigenen Weinberg. Sie können auch an einer eigenen Weintour und Weinprobe teilnehmen. Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant sind von hohem Standard. Das Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen und das Abendessen ist nicht teuer. Unsere 6-köpfige Gruppe bestellte das Menü mit Weinpaarung und wir waren fast voll. Zwei von uns lebten in einem großen Weinfass, was Spaß machte, aber ein bisschen klein war (besonders nachdem man die Zimmer anderer Leute im Kontrast gesehen hatte), und es gab einen kurzen Spaziergang, um zum Hotelgebäude zurückzukehren, also wenn Es wird nicht für Kinder oder ältere Menschen empfohlen.

I’ve never been so confused and lost in a hotel until this stay. I was unable to figure out how to find reception or my room or get anywhere! Part of the reason is because no staff member initially explained how to get to my room—taking one elevator down then going across a hallway and taking another elevator up. It’s a crazy hotel design. I felt like the hotel was understaffed during my visit. I stayed as a part of a tour group. The restaurant food was fantastic. The presentation was beautiful. Don’t skip dessert; it was fabulous. Our tour guide interpreted from Portuguese to English so we did not have the problems with the staff members as other reviewers have mentioned. Breakfast lay out was very nice. The grounds are beautiful. My room overlooked the valley and the pool. It had a small balcony. I opened the sliding glass door in the morning, and I listen to the sounds of birds. It was very calm and peaceful. The Jacuzzi was not heated. That was a big disappoin**ent. The indoor pool was a great warm temperature – it might’ve been warmer than the Jacuzzi. The interior pool area is all black, and it is difficult to swim for exercise because you can’t see when the wall is coming up. It feels like you’re in a burnt out building. I don’t know why they selected that color scheme. It is very dark. The gym was very minimal with only a few pieces of equipment. See my photo. There is a small museum on the grounds but it’s all in Portuguese. All the television channels were in Portuguese. The Internet worked well. As others have mentioned, the room layout is very odd. It is always damp because your shower and bathtub are kind of near the bed with no separation. I did not see any mold in my room as other reviewers reported. The room was large but a big portion was unusable at the entrance separated by a wooden slat wall. There is no reading light above the bed so reading before sleep is impossible. There is no make up mirror, and the hairdryer is a basic model, which takes a very long time to actually dry your hair. There were no areas to hang your bathing suit to dry . This was extremely frustrating since the hotel has two pools. I wasn’t here long enough to go exploring, but I could see an old church up the hill. This hotel is OK for one or two nights if you get a good rate.

Schöne Aussichten außer, dass mein Zimmer direkt vom Aufzug entfernt war, hatte einen Blick auf einen riesigen Stromturm direkt außerhalb des Fensters, hatte ein laut beeping nicht funktionieren Telefon und Rezeption Mitarbeiter, die nicht kümmerten und hatte Null Interesse an der Befestigung oder Ersetzung. Dann wurde ein Paar mit einem Baby und laut machenden Hund neben meinem Zimmer gestellt. Der Hund begann um 6:40 Uhr zu machen, das Paar scheinbar weiter schlafen, und ich musste mein Zimmer verlassen und einen ruhigen Platz in einem sehr kleinen Raum finden. würde nicht hier wieder reservieren. Die gute Sache ist der kleine Pool, der sauber gehalten wird, die Aussichten so lange, wie Sie nicht in Zimmer 9 oder 10 sind, und das Restaurant, das geeignet ist, wenn begrenzte Mahlzeiten serviert. Numa zona difícil a meio de uma encosta, com uma vista soberba sobre o Douro, este Hotel de Agroturismo nasceu de uma quinta e de uma Adega, Val Moreira, que o Grupo oportunamente comprou. Depois de uma experiência com poucos quartos, foi a oferta alargada para mais quartos, todos com uma vista soberba para o Douro, mas com o crescimento trouxe dois problemas, escadas e dificuldade de estacionamento. No entanto a qualidade dos quartos, do serviço de restauração, razoável o pequeno almoço, um jantar à carta e dois buffets, sempre muito completos e com um serviço de colaboradores simpáticos e competentes, são no conjunto uma mais valia, e que compensa as dificuldades que anteriormente mencionei. Também a visita à Adega e a prova de vinhos são excelentes com colaboradores muito competentes e simpáticos. A paisagem sobre o Douro, é espectacular e a localização do Hotel fabulosa. Quem quiser ir a este Hotel, com dificuldades motoras deve pensar duas vezes, muitas escadas, mas não poderia ser de outra maneira.
