Uma experiência inesquecível nas terras do Douro. Ideal para quem procura descansar e relaxar. O hotel é recente e tem uma ótima infraestrutura. O SPA, com vista para a magnífica paisagem exterior, é ideal para relaxar no fim da tarde, após um dia de passeios na zona. A localização é idílica, com vistas panorâmicas para os socalcos centenários dos vinhedos da rota do Douro. O ambiente é familiar e o staff é de uma enorme simpatia e disponibilidade. Pessoalmente, eu tenho algumas restrições alimentares que foram sempre prontamente atendidas. Na altura os carregadores para carros elétricos estavam a ser substituídos. Aconselha-se a confirmar se já estão em funcionamento, caso necessário.

Muito fraco. Só o preço é bom. Quarto 112 com cheiro de cigarro impregnado. Parece que não deixam as janelas abertas até o cheiro passar. O box do chuveiro parece muito frágil, ao abrir/fechar. À noite, quando voltamos do restaurante, a recepção estava fedendo a cigarro, como se alguém tivesse fumado lá. Pedimos uma água e não havia. Tivemos que sair e comprar fora do hotel. As camas são razoáveis, mas rangem bastante. Tela da tv bem pequena. A porta estava agarrando no piso e difícil de abrir/fechar. Falta de manutenção!!! O quarto é ao lado da rua. Mesmo com vidros duplos, fica muito barulhento. O café da manhã é sofrível, com pouquíssimas opções, sendo que é servido apresuntado, e não presunto. Máquina de café com mais opções (chocolate, cappuccino, etc). Nem água é disponibilizada.

Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem Hotel genossen, aber empfehlen, dass es am besten geeignet für Reisende, die ein Auto haben. Es ist nicht sehr nahe zu irgendetwas anderes so erfordert einen Spaziergang oder Fahrt in die nächste Stadt von Rega, auf der anderen Flussbank und über eine Brücke. Wenn Sie das Frühstück oder Abendessen im Hotel haben, ist es weniger ein Problem. Zimmer haben gute Aussichten auf den Fluss, Rega und Weinberge. Sie sind nicht erstaunlich, oder groß, aber sind modern, sauber und haben die Einrichtungen, die die meisten Reisenden brauchen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine entspannte Vibe und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit Lounges auf der Ebene, wo sich der Außenspa, der Innenpool und die Sauna befinden. (Schwimmkappen für den Pool sind obligatorisch und können kaufbar) , was alles für einen angenehmen Nachmittag entspannt nach dem Geschmack des Weins oder nach dem Kreuzen des Douro-Flusses. Personal mit Freude an den Spa und Terrasse. Wir essen einmal im Restaurant und genossen es sehr. Am zweiten Abend kamen wir sogar wieder zur Schokoladewüste! Das Frühstück war auch gut. Das Restaurant verfügt über eine geräumige Terrasse mit River-Aussichten, die es für eine Freude, dort draußen zu sitzen. Die Parkgarage ist jedoch eine Herausforderung, und die meisten Gäste parken auf der Straße. Insgesamt hatten wir hier eine tolle Zeit.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt, empfehlenswert, schade um die aktuelle Situation, in der wir uns befinden, können wir nicht alles genießen, was uns in einer normalen Situation erlaubt ist. Vom Hotel nichts hervorzuheben, ausgezeichnetes Personal, Abendessen, gutes abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Hygiene schien mir unter den gegebenen Umständen gut! Eine kleine Warnung an diejenigen, die Dienstleistungen bei TRIP.COM erwerben möchten. Sie sind hervorragend zu verkaufen, aber dann nur und einfach dem Käufer zu helfen sie antworten nicht oder antworten konkreter, sie existieren nicht! Numa zona difícil a meio de uma encosta, com uma vista soberba sobre o Douro, este Hotel de Agroturismo nasceu de uma quinta e de uma Adega, Val Moreira, que o Grupo oportunamente comprou. Depois de uma experiência com poucos quartos, foi a oferta alargada para mais quartos, todos com uma vista soberba para o Douro, mas com o crescimento trouxe dois problemas, escadas e dificuldade de estacionamento. No entanto a qualidade dos quartos, do serviço de restauração, razoável o pequeno almoço, um jantar à carta e dois buffets, sempre muito completos e com um serviço de colaboradores simpáticos e competentes, são no conjunto uma mais valia, e que compensa as dificuldades que anteriormente mencionei. Também a visita à Adega e a prova de vinhos são excelentes com colaboradores muito competentes e simpáticos. A paisagem sobre o Douro, é espectacular e a localização do Hotel fabulosa. Quem quiser ir a este Hotel, com dificuldades motoras deve pensar duas vezes, muitas escadas, mas não poderia ser de outra maneira.

A nice welcoming reception. All the staff appeared to speak english which is very welcome and always makes me realise how lacking the Brits are at languages. We had a deluxe room which had a spectacular view of the river. It also had a small balcony but no seats so seemed a bit pointless. The heat hit us as soon as we opened the door so we tried to lower the air con to 16 degrees but it remained stifling hot. In the end we had to sleep with the balcony door open otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to sleep in the heat (this was March!) The room was really clean with a fridge and complementary bottled water. They had also provided two miniatures of port, custard tarts and biscuits which were very nice and appreciated. However, there is no coffee making facilities in the room. There were nice toiletries but bolted to the walls as is the trend in eco friendly hotels. The pillows were lovely and soft and the towels nice and big. We had a drink in the bar at lunch time and they serve small dishes & tapas. We had a selection of meat, cheeses & breads which was plenty big enough for two for 15 euro. We had half board so had dinner which was lovely. Well presented dishes which were tasty. Mains were around 25 euro if you didn’t have half or full board. Wine 7 euro for a small glass which seemed a bit steep. No table water offered just bottled water to buy. Breakfast provided a good selection of the usual cold meats, cheeses, pastries, cereal & fruit. There was also a small hot food selection. A carafe of your preferred juice was provided. However, the hot drinks were from one machine which meant there was frequently a queue and they weren’t very hot. Not much to ask for fresh tea and coffee at breakfast. The service in the hotel was very friendly throughout which was appreciated.
