"Mein erstes Besuch in Wijayawada.. 3 nite Aufenthalt im Vivanta Hotel.. Ausgezeichnete Dienstleistungen, sauber, top Gastfreundschaft.. einfach zu bewegen im Stadtzentrum.

"Hotel Southern Grand in Vijayawada provided a pleasant and comfortable stay for me and my family during our one-night visit. The room quality was excellent, room service was prompt and courteous, and the food served was delicious and satisfying. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. It is also conveniently located with easy access to nearby attractions. PVP Shopping Mall is just about 2.5 km away and can be reached in around 10 minutes via M.G. Road. The famous Durga Malleswari (Kanaka Durga) Temple is approximately 4 km from the hotel and can be accessed easily by auto or cab via the Krishna River bridge, with options to reach the temple either by steps or the ghat road."

GGuest UserGenießt alles hier. Service in den Zimmern hätte schneller sein können. Gebrauchte Platten außerhalb der Zimmertüren für mehr als 15-18 Stunden. Hausaufbewahrung muss sich aufrüsten. Umbauten Batterien in der Safe dauerte sie mehr als 2 Stunden. Frühstück könnte verbessert werden. Es war langweilig, dasselbe essen meist für 4 Nächte

GGastnutzerRegarding the stay at hotel indraprattha, i have to say that the place was very cool and silent, although it was located in near to the road. In restaurant the complementary breakfast was also well presented and with timely attention. The quality of the food presented was also very good. The staff in the hotel were very polite and clear about the communication to me on the booking and timing limits. I rate the hotel a full 5/5.

GGastnutzerHaving booked Deluxe Room expected a more spacious and ventilated Room but it's not up to the mark. Restaurant service is very poor. The Restaurant timings are too late and happy. At least coffee and tea should be available in the morning from 6 am onwards. Reception is fine but Room service is slow. They need to improve in their hospitality service and approach. Maintainence of Rooms and bathrooms should be improved . Overall they need to improve. So my feel is average.

GGastnutzerThe room was very small. Whenever we go out, we had to hand over the room key card at the reception as per their version. Right in front of the hotel, there is open drainage and filthy smell. No issues in the wash room. Though booking was done for 2 adults, only one toilet kit (one brush, small soap and small paste) was provided. The reception staff language and attitude was not very cordial. The hotel lift was good and no gutka/pan marks. Ok
