The good: great location, good breakfast and nice looking restaurant area. The bad: cheap room fixtures, thin walls, old and cheap bedding, and lots of street noise depending on room and day of the week. We stayed here for 5 days while visiting family. Although we enjoyed the location, we found the interiors of the rooms to be small, cheaply done and the mattresses definitely needed to be replaced (soft and saggy). We also noticed the walls of the room were very thin. We heard our neighbor speaking German and snoring as well. Overall it was a good price for the location, but we may pay more for better accommodations next time.

Excellent hotel. This hotel was very modern and the room I had was big (for Europe). The staff was nice and welcoming and could check me in earlier than I expected (I arrived around noon). The bathroom was normal size (for Europe) and there was plenty of room. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. They also offered some toiletries if you needed them. The hotel is located very centrally being only a few steps away from the city center and an easy walk to the port. The hotel offered breakfast but I didn’t ask for that since the price seemed steep (especially when you can buy something at a cafe for cheaper) One recommendation I have is if you are driving a car to ask them where to park before going there, as the parking is a few blocks away and you can’t park on the street (or if you can you’re a pro at finding parking). Just understand that if you park anywhere other than where they tell you, you could be charged more than once. I parked at a different parking garage up a few streets and the hotel staff told me that I could come and go with parking after paying the discounted rate of 15€. They also said all the underground parking was “the same”. It is not the same. The underground parking is literally huge and there are several options and you could walk forever when trying to find your car. Anyhow, I left the other garage and toured the city and then parked in the garage they recommended, thinking I was covered with the pay one rate plan. Unfortunately this was not the case and I was out another 15€ to get out of the parking garage. An extremely pricey lesson to learn. Other than the parking issue, I really liked the hotel and would return if in the area (just without a car)

Grundsätzlich ist es ein schön eingerichtetes, modernes Hotel, sehr freundliche Dame am Empfang. Ich hatte es eigentlich gebucht, wegen dem Pool auf dem Dach und auch gemäß Bildern Bar auf dem Dach. Von einer Bar wusste niemand was. Pool existierte schon, doch 25 Euro für eine Person und wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, dann für nur eine Stunde. Wenn ich das gewusst hätte, hätte ich sicher ein anderes Hotel gebucht, da dies das teuerste auf dieser Reise war und ich mehr erwartet hätte

Chose this hotel due to location, was glad I did as it was perfect for us. The beds are really comfy and the shower good, the staff were all very friendly. It is a great value for money option .There are a few things which would make the stay even better. No kettles in the room, it is only when you don’t have it you realise you miss it!, no iron in the room. The hotel provides an ironing service but no use for last minute ironing. The TV didn’t have many stations and the remote was quite unresponsive. The bar shuts early so you can’t have a night drink, you need to go to a bar outside and bring it back into the hotel. Whilst you will sleep great cos the beds are great the wardrobe doors slide and bang so you will be woken by other guests. These should be soft touch closing All this said I would stay here again

The hotel was very easy to find being located in central areas of Vigo, next to Urzaiz. Rooms and public areas were clean and well-maintained. Must have been quite recently refurbished. Friendly staff and good customer service. The breakfast was better than I expected and I really recommend that option if you are staying in this hotel. The breakfast was better than generally in hotels of this price range. The elevator is small if you have any baggage. Probably it has been built into an old elevator shaft which would be technically quite hard to enlarge. Other than that it's hard to find anything negative as the hotel was really good especially compared to its cheap prices.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof und Einkaufszentrum. Hafen und Innenstadt in der Nähe. Zimmer sehr sauber und es roch immer sehr gut. Frühstück umfangreich und sehr gut. Aufmerksamer, toller Service.

The most outstanding quality of the hotel is its attentative personnel, in particular the waiters at the restaurant. The prices for accommodation are very reasonable. The breakfast buffet is quite ok. The food offered for lunch is excellent and its price unbeatable. Much like the hotel, the rooms have the air of the typical hotels built in the 70s or 80s. Even if you don't like this type of architecture, you will find clean and well equipped rooms. The room service is very good. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area a bit far from the centre of Vigo (about 10 to 15 mins. by car or bus). However, the nice and cosy village of Bouzas is in walking distance (about 10 to 15 mins.)! There you find excellent tapas bars, pubs (even a craft beer pub), and very good restaurants. There is also a nice promenade along the sea. Try to get a room located in backside of the hotel (opposite to the entrance). There you have a at least view to the sea and, well, onto the roof of the nearby supermarket, which is quite excellent btw.

Buena ubicación y no se oía nada pese a estar en una calle transitada,habitación con cama muy cómodas y personal muy atento ,no es un hotel moderno pero estaba todo muy limpio ,con el coche a 5 minutos del centro!!

Aus beruflichen Gründen nutze ich gewohnheitsmäßig Hoteleinrichtungen und aus emotionalen Gründen bin ich auch der Vater der stellvertretenden Direktoren von zwei Hotels einer bekannten spanischen Hotelkette, aber aus objektiven Gründen muss ich zugeben, dass Vigos This Pazo dos Escudos Hotel ist eines davon. Die Top Ten der besten Hotelkomplexe in Spanien haben die beste Qualität an Einrichtungen, Möbeln, Unterwäsche usw. Dies ist ein echtes Juwel, und Ihr Eigentum und Ihre Mitarbeiter haben ”Verantwortung und Verpflichtungen”, um sich weiterzuentwickeln. Herzliche Glückwünsche

Ein Schritt vom Meer entfernt ist im Grunde jeder Zimmer eine Meeresaussicht, die Einrichtungen sind komplett und sehr neu. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und die spanischen Merkmale sind offensichtlich. Das Bier im Bar ist auch gut und sehr billig. Das Restaurant im zweiten Stock ist das höchste Restaurant umgeben, nicht erwartet. Der Rezeption-Server ist sehr enthusiastisch und der Englisch-Kommunikation ist ohne Hindernisse. Der Junge im Bar ist ebenso enthusiastisch, wir haben selbst roten Wein gekauft und sehr enthusiastisch für die Öffnung der Bahn. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, wir werden in Zukunft kommen!
