"We stayed in this village in September 2024, I understand that for those who work there it was the last week but for me it was my only week of vacation and therefore I want to be treated like those who go on vacation in July or August. Terrible quality of cleaning. The rooms were not cleaned and also every day I had to go and ask for toilet paper at the reception. The breakfasts were poor and if you did not arrive early in the morning you had to ask for the clothes. Lack of staff, incompetent waitresses. Each customer was treated differently with different prices but with the same options. When booking we were told that the entertainment would be present until the closure of the village but this was not the case. There was no one!!! Inside the room there was no hairdryer and cleaning products. It is certainly a village where the dog can come anywhere, but the holiday is not only his but also the owners'!"

"Extraordinary! Our expectations were greatly exceeded, our choice was purely random, instinctive, we did not expect such a loving, almost familiar welcome. We didn't expect the hotel's location to be so strategic, one step away from the sea and within walking distance of the center. The services offered are multiple, comfortable rooms, excellent cuisine and variety of dishes and excellent service. Attractions for all adults and children with swimming pools with slides for the little ones. But our particular compliments go to Carol and Simona for their work, which in just one week pampered and entertained us with their entertainment for both children and adults. "We stayed four nights and had a really fantastic time. The hotel was lovely. The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean with excellent air-conditioning. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the service was very good. We did half board and the dinner was excellent, particularly the antipasti. The other facilities were great and really made the holiday. The swimming pool was the best hotel swimming pool we have had. It was very large with a 2.6 m deep end and plenty of room in the shallow as well and lots of space and Sun beds available Around. There were also lots of other facilities such as tennis courts which were free and equipment provided, and a large gym which we didn’t actually get around to using although it looked very well equipped.. There was table football, a playground, and table tennis, as well as mini golf. Although our daughter was too old, there was a very active kids club that looked excellent. Drinks at the rooftop bar were very reasonable and there was live music twice a week which was very nice. The beach was lovely. We didn’t take the hotel minibus but parked there for €5. It was all very easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend. We were very sorry to leave and would love to come back. Also, Vieste is a really beautiful town. The old town and Harbour are stunning and people were extremely friendly."

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Posta Pastorella and cannot recommend it enough. The accommodation itself is beautiful and exceptionally well-maintained, featuring a gorgeous and pristine swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing. Its location is ideal—situated just outside the bustling center, offering a peaceful retreat away from the crowds while still being incredibly accessible. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the hospitality. The owners and staff are remarkably friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They were always ready with great local tips, and whenever we had a question or a minor issue, they resolved it swiftly and effortlessly. Everything about our stay was smooth and seamless. An extra highlight you absolutely cannot miss is their wine cellar. It is beautifully designed, brilliantly run, and adds a unique, high-quality touch to the entire experience. Overall, a flawless stay and we will definitely be back. A well-deserved 5/5"
