Excellentes Hotel mitten im Herzen von Vientiane. Der Service war super professionell, zuvorkommend und extrem freundlich. Beim Check-In wurden wir gefragt, was wir nach unserem Besuch vorhaben, und das Hotel hat uns sofort alles organisiert um nach Vang Vieng zu kommen (Transfer zum Bahnhof und Buchung des Zugtickets). Die Einrichtung ist super schön gestaltet, perfekt um sich zu entspannen. Das Frühstück war auch super gut. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir werden definitiv nochmal wiederkommen.

it is a very beautiful hotel with a beautiful garden view. i enjoy my stay here. also all my family members. the hotel has many friendly staff. we will definately come back and choose the hotel again! they also help us book the tour and reserve the restraurant. thank ypu for everything. we recommend our friends to choose this too!

Salana is a really beautiful French style hotel in a good area to stay in Vientiane. The cocktail bar is very elegant and civilised and the staff are a delight. I’ve never seen a bed so huge as our bed and we had a jacuzzi bath too. The room was really big, spotlessly clean and super comfortable. Airport transfer was very reasonable and well organised too. I can’t fault the place - it was a delight. We had plenty of massages down the street and we went to a really interesting visitor centre called COPE about how the landlines have affected the people of Loas and what we can do to help, it was really human, soul searching and gut wrenching. The tuk tuk can take you there from the street.

Only a short walk to the night market. As I fell sick during my stay and had to go to the hospital, I didn't venture out of the hotel to the city centre. Didn't get to enjoy the breakfast spread too due to my illness, but the spread looks good. One lady at the restaurant specially attended to me after knowing of my illness, with almost all my meals settling at the hotel restaurant. A few service staff also gave their concern to me. Only one problem with the bathroom shower where the hot water didn't stay constant. I had to keep adjusting throughout the shower.

Loved this little boutique. Just outside the main old town but perfectly situated for a short stay. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Nice pool for a dip. And great price in the low seasons!

It's a very good check-in experience. The restaurant food is also exquisite and delicious, and the spa is also very comfortable.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever visited. The staff was more than friendly and I loooved the breakfast. I’lll definitely come back again and will have lunch or dinner as well next time

I extremely like the breakfast menu. Hotel restaurant offer good quality and good taste breakfast. The location is also perfect. It is easy to walk around the city, and there are good cafes & bistros near by. The hotel staffs are all friendly. If I have a chance to come back to Vientiane, the Salana will still be my first choice.

A perfect stay for a foreigner , very helpful staff and most of them can communicate in English which is really best part and differentiate this hotel from many others. Service and cleanliness of hotel is great. I stayed for 5 nights and I did not face any problem related to hotel services. Especially the one staff named Keo was personally very helpful, he took me to the hospital as soon I arrived for Covid test and help me at every step to get it done beside it’s not his duty… really thankful. Overall I would like to recommend this hotel as a best choice to stay.
