We used a booking site to make a reservation. Somehow we ended up in a different building and asked the management to reassign the room to correct the reservation. Here comes their mentality: please cancel the current reservation and book a new one, if it would be available, but they could not guarantee and the customer might pay 100% penalty, but it is the customer's fault! Therefore, please know their managers are reluctant to make any changes, so do not count on them. What we like: it's a clean place and location. What we do not like: the rooms are in the residential building and the entrance to the place and elevator are neglected: quite dirty. Rooms are furnished with everything from IKEA. Uncomfortable mattresses, chairs could not possibly provide a good night sleep. Check out at 11 am: in case you need to store the luggage, the guests need to get to the main office for that, which is closed at 17:00. Checking out procedures required extensive cleaning of the apartment by 11:00. The Internet is atrocious at this place: either slow traffic or could not be connected. In apartment # 16, restroom, bathroom, washing machine and cleaning supplies are all in one tiny space. Kitchen tiny, no windows.
