There are several aspects of this property that were unsatisfactory: 1. Cleanliness: The hotel was not clean, with various issues such as a dislocated toilet seat, a broken and dirty kettle lid, and an overall lack of cleanliness throughout. 2. Maintenance: Numerous amenities and fixtures were broken, including the toilet seat, the light bulb for the bathroom mirror, and the kettle lid. These maintenance issues compromised the functionality and overall quality of the property. 3. Comfort: The mattress was too soft, leading to discomfort and back pain. Additionally, the pillows were too soft, causing discomfort and strain on the neck. 4. Inadequate provisions: The absence of shower gel and shampoo in the hotel room was a notable inconvenience, as it is a basic amenity expected in most hotels. 5. Noise: The surrounding area of the hotel was noisy during the night, which disrupted the overall tranquility and quality of the stay. 6. Insufficient and Inconvenient Sockets: One noticeable inconvenience was the lack of sufficient sockets in the room, particularly those located near the bed. This made it difficult to charge phones or other electronic devices at night, causing inconvenience for guests. 7. Awkward Bedroom Door Setting: The positioning of the bed in relation to the bedroom door was peculiar, as it prevented the door from fully opening. This unusual configuration created an inconvenience and hindered smooth movement within the room. 8. Malfunctioning Smoke Detector: During the stay, there was an issue with the smoke detector in the room. It suddenly went out of control and emitted beeping sounds for a significant period, despite no cooking or smoking taking place. I had to disable the smoke detector myself to stop the disturbance, which was an unexpected inconvenience. Overall, these negative aspects contributed to a disappointing experience at this property.
