After staying at another Dazzler property in Buenos Aires, we hoped to have a similarly good experience at the Puerto Madryn hotel, but we were sorely disappointed. There were multiple problems with the rooms, including no water pressure/hot water, keycards not working, and the most annoying of all —- sweltering rooms with no ability to control the air temperature. All rooms require you to call the front desk and ask to adjust the temperature. Whatever they did does nothing. You have to choose between opening the window and hearing loud street noise, or roasting. Mattresses were uncomfortable, breakfast buffet was inedible, and front desk staff were apathetic at best. Avoid!
